It is related to the structure of the building that secures space.

As a result, sunlight is encroached upon between adjacent buildings, and there is no room for garages or gardens in individual buildings, nor is there room for extensions or renovations.

It was necessary to be blindfolded by the shutters, etc.

Therefore, direct light from outside enters through the opening during a certain period of time during the day, and dispersed light rays reach every corner of the living room at all times during the day.

Moreover, noise from the outside is blocked by the glass surface and does not enter the living room, ensuring a bright and comfortable living space even without a large site.

Lighting and ventilation can be achieved. Moreover, balconies having a substantially right-angled planar shape are attached to the outer surface of the opening wall to make the corners of the building more effective.

21, 21, 21 are arranged in a substantially rectangular planar shape. Adjacent outer walls 21 and 21 are normally brought into contact with each other in a perpendicular state to form a protruding corner, but in the structure of the building of the present invention, these outer walls 21 and 21 are not brought into direct contact, and an opening is formed between the outer walls 21 and 21. The wall 31 is stretched. The opening walls 31, 31, . . . in this embodiment are referred to as each outer wall 21.
It is stretched so that it has an included angle α of 135°.

Further, a stair room 51 is provided approximately in the center of the building with the lower floor section 11 and upper floor section 12 communicating with each other. Moreover, if a cylindrical or columnar public space 61 is installed in the center of the staircase 51, and water facilities are installed near the staircase 51, the facilities can be centrally located almost in the center of the building. This simplifies construction not only for new construction but also for extensions and renovations.

If a top light 71 (shown in Fig. 1) is provided above to allow natural light into the attic space and the stairwell 51, natural light can be brought into the entire room through the attic space and the stairway 51. Can be done.
