しば離脱する等の問題を有するものであつた。

することを目的とするものである。

1″からなるABS樹脂製等のクランプ体であつ
て、これら相互に対接した合せ面4…に設けた断
面半円状の凹溝3′…及び3″…によつて形成した
幅手方向のそれぞれの保持孔3…部に、所望の曲
げ形状を有するそれぞれ異なる流路の管径15m/
m程度以下の配管材P…を並列状に配列係合し、
この状態で超音波溶着装置5の受治具6上にセツ
トし、上方より前記装置の工具ホーン7により加
振、加圧状態をもつて、前記合せ面4…を相互に
軟化、溶着せしめると共に、更に加圧状態のまま
冷却固化して結合せしめるものである。

力を不要として著しく組付け作業を向上する結果
となり、更に一括包持状によるしかも前記溶着結
合構造によつて、保持機能を安全、且つ確実と
し、加振状態下での配設使用中であつても離脱の
憂いが全くない等、多くの効果を有する極めて有
用な集中配管用固定クランプの固定方法である。
