た製品の外観を醜いものとする欠点があつた。 In the conventional manufacturing method described above, it is necessary to manufacture unique parts such as the tread part, heel part, or mark of the sole in a separate process in advance, which requires an extra mold and molding process. Furthermore, depending on the manufacturing process, the parts may contract or expand and may not be able to be firmly fixed in place on the bottom of the concave part of the lower mold for sole molding without any gaps. However, the injected rubber or synthetic resin may enter the gap and bulge out, or the fixed position may move, giving the finished product an ugly appearance.

After loading or injecting a rubber base material 5 having abrasion resistance such as foamed polyurethane, the partition wall 2 is fitted into the upper concave portion 4 drilled on the lower surface of the upper mold Y for forming the sole of the shoe. After combining the molding upper mold Y and molding the primary molding member 5A by applying heat and pressure, the upper mold Y for sole molding is removed, and only the primary molding member 5A in the recess 3 is removed. The upper mold Z for forming a shoe sole is combined with the upper mold Z for forming a shoe sole, which has an upper recess 6 formed on the lower surface to cover the recess 1, the partition peripheral wall 2, and the recess 3 of the lower mold X for forming a shoe sole. By loading or injecting a rubber base material 7 having an anti-slip property such as butadiene rubber and having a color tone different from that of the rubber base material 5A into the recess 3 and heating and pressurizing it, the primary molded member 5A in the recess 1 and the recess are bonded. The secondary molded member 7A made of the rubber base material 7 of section 1 is integrally molded.

品価値の高い靴底が提供できる。(Operations and Effects of the Invention) According to the method for manufacturing a rubber shoe sole of the present invention, the recess 1 of the lower mold X for forming a shoe sole, and the lower mold X for forming a shoe sole formed on the bottom surface of the recess 1 After loading or injecting a wear-resistant rubber base material 5 such as polyurethane foam into the recess 3 formed by the high partition wall 2 protruding from the upper surface, a hole is inserted into the lower surface of the upper mold Y for forming soles. The partition peripheral wall 2 is fitted into the upper concave portion 4 provided, and the upper mold Y for forming the sole is assembled, and after heating and pressurizing to form the primary molding member 5A, the upper mold Y for forming the sole is removed. At the same time, the primary molded member 5 of the recess 3
Only A is removed, and then an upper mold Z for sole molding is assembled, which has an upper recess 6 formed in the lower surface to cover the recess 1, partition peripheral wall 2, and recess 3 of the lower mold X for sole molding. At the same time, a rubber base material 7 having anti-slip properties such as butadiene rubber is loaded or injected into the upper concave portion 6 and the concave portion 3 in a color tone different from that of the primary molded member 5A, and heated and pressurized to form the primary molded member 5A. Secondary molded member 7
Since A is integrally molded, shrinkage or expansion of the primary molded member 5A can be avoided, and the partition peripheral wall 2 protrudes from the surface of the primary molded member 5A, so that the primary molded member 5A becomes the secondary molded member. 7A can be completely prevented from being mixed in, the primary molded member 5A and the secondary molded member 7A can be clearly distinguished and molded, and a shoe sole with excellent design and high commercial value can be provided.

その他の前処理を必要としない。 Moreover, since the partition peripheral wall 2 has a height that projects from the upper surface of the lower mold X for forming soles, the primary molding member 5A in the recessed part 1 and the recessed part 3 can be completely separated and molded. Therefore, when only the primary molded member 5A in the recess 3 is removed, cutting, deburring, and other pretreatments are not required.
