is configured to move up and down along the through hole of the die 4, and the clamp 7 is configured to move up and down toward the rubber plate 8, and the plurality of wire rods 3 aligned in the thickness direction of the drawing paper are moved up and down along the through hole of the die 4. It is simultaneously fixed by the upward movement of the punch 5, and simultaneously cut by the downward movement of the punch 5. As a result, when a plurality of terminals 2 are cut and created at the same time, the insulator 1 moves forward (moves to the right in the figure) and the terminals 2 are press-fitted into the through holes 1a.

Although it absorbs the parallelism error between the lower surface of the rubber plate and the upper surface of the pusher, only the portion of the wire rod 3 that is pressed wears out, so it needs to be replaced frequently, and due to the hassle, the replacement may be delayed. Wear progressed extremely quickly in just a few parts, and the cut lengths of the terminals 2 became uneven, resulting in the assembly of defective connectors.

Elasticity is no longer required, making it possible to create a structure (for example, made of metal) with wear resistance for long-term use, and eliminating the conventional troubles and occurrence of defective products.

る。 That is, when the drive shaft 19 advances and the vicinity of the end of the hanging part of the clamp 14 comes into contact with the stopper screw 17, the vicinity of the end of the horizontal part of the clamp 14 rotates upward (clockwise), and the intermediate part of the wire rod 11 is rotated against the receiving plate. Press it against the bottom surface of 12 to fix it. Next, when the drive shaft 19 is moved backward, the clamp 14 rotates to follow the movement (leftward rotation) due to the restoring force of the coil spring 16, and the fixation is released. However, at the time of fixing, the vicinity of the horizontal end of the clamp 14 is pressed with appropriate force, that is, so strongly that the horizontal protruding piece 14a of the clamp 14 is bent within the elastic region.

たいして十分な耐性を発揮することになる。 Therefore, if the vertical movement of the punch 5 and the swinging of the clamp 14 shown in FIG. 3, the feeding out of the plurality of wire rods 11, and the forward movement of the insulator 1 are repeated in synchronization, a connector as shown in FIG. 2 is produced. will be completed in sequence. At this time, the device according to the present invention shown in FIG. The variation in the deflection is absorbed by the deflection, and the receiving plate 12 is made of metal (or made of a wear-resistant material such as hard resin).
Because it is pressed against and fixed, it exhibits sufficient resistance for long-term use.
