る。6は第3図に示す固定軸12により回転可能
に保持された回転体で、その円周方向等間隔位置
には複数の打栓プランジヤ10が摺動可能に保持
されている。7はローラで、同ローラ7は下部に
複数個のピン21を一体に保持するヘツドシリン
ダー8の上部に設けられている。9は第3図の固
定軸12に一本の打栓カムで、前記ローラ7が係
合するカム溝9aを有し、打栓プランジヤ10を
回転体6の回転に伴つて上下動させるようになつ
ている。20は、ピン21に係合する第2図のバ
ヨネツト溝20aを有し、かつ、打栓プランジヤ
10の下部に着脱可能に装着された洗浄用キヤツ
プで、同キヤツプ20内には、打栓頭3に設けら
れている洗浄液通路3bにパツキン22を介して
連なる洗浄液通路20bとスライダー2の下部が
遊嵌する凹部空間20cとが形成され、ヘツドシ
リンダー8の下部に対してはφリング23を介し
てシールされるようになつている。また通路20
b及び空間20cには、チユーブ継手24及び2
5を介してチユーブ26及び27が接続され、こ
のチユーブ26,27は第3図に示すようにマニ
ホールド28の下部エリア28a及び上部エリア

設し、洗浄液タンクと洗浄液ポンプと洗浄液加熱
装置と上記プレート内の洗浄液供給溝とを静止側
の洗浄液供給配管により接続し、同静止側の洗浄
液供給配管と上記プレート内の洗浄液供給溝と上
記円盤の洗浄液供給孔と上記回転側の洗浄液供給
配管とを経て上記封緘プランジヤへ供給されてそ
の内部を洗浄したのちの洗浄液を受ける非回転の
ドレンパンを上記封緘プランジヤの下方に設置
し、同ドレンパンと上記洗浄液タンクとを静止側
の洗浄液排出管により接続したことを特徴とする
