この発明は、ロール状のフイルム等の薄い被印
刷物を間歇的に送り出して印刷するスクリーン印

イド等の制御板による制御も被印刷物が薄い場合
は制御されることなく位置決めを行うこと等は不

を目的とするものであつて、開台A、送り出し装
置B、印刷装置C、引張り装置Dを連設し、開台
Aにはロール状のフイルム等の薄い被印刷物16
を支承するシヤフト1を設け、送り出し装置Bに
は上記被印刷物16を送り出すローラ4とタツチ
ローラ5を設けて印刷装置Cに送り込み、被印刷
物16に間歇的に印刷して引張り装置Dに設けた
引張りローラ13とタツチローラ14とにより牽
引するようにしたスクリーン印刷装置において、
上記印刷装置Cは印刷機体15と印刷用吸着テー
ブル6とを分離して形成し、該印刷用吸着テーブ
ル6を前述の送り出し装置Bと引張り装置D間に
装着し、該吸着テーブル6に任意一定量づつ搬送
された被印刷物16をバキユーム装置により吸着
固定し、又、印刷機体15の底部に設けた左右移
動ベース9と前後移動ベース10により印刷機体
15全体と印刷用吸着テーブル6に吸着固定され
た被印刷物の印刷位置に移動するようにし、これ
らの印刷機体15に設置された左右位置検出セン
サー11及び前後位置検出センサー12により作
動するようにしたロール状フイルム等の薄い被印
刷物のスクリーン印刷装置であつて、被印刷物を
任意一定量づつ印刷用吸着テーブル6に吸着さ
せ、薄い被印刷物を容易に一定位置に定着せしめ
ることができ、印刷を完了すれば、バキユームを
解放して円滑に一定量移動させ印刷を反覆するよ

2bを被印刷物16のロールに弾接せしめたロー
ル径検出バー2と、上記ロールの下方に被印刷物
16のエツジをコントロールするエツジコントロ
ールセンサー3と設けて、被印刷物16を適正な
状態に保たせて送り出し装置Bに移送し、該送り
出し装置Bには上記被印刷物16を送出する送り
出しロール4とタツチロール5を設けて被印刷物
16を印刷装置Cに送り込み、被印刷物16に間
歇的に印刷して引張り装置Dに設けた引張りロー
ラ13とタツチローラ14とにより機外に送り出
すようにする。而して、上記の印刷装置Cは印刷
機体15と印刷用吸着テーブル6とを分離形成
し、該印刷用吸着テーブル6を前述の送り出し装
置Bと引張り装置D間に支持体6aにより固定
し、更に、被印刷物16に予め印刷又はパンチン
グ等により施されている一定間隔のマークを検出
し、被印刷物16の搬送を制御する低速指示セン
サー7及び停止指示センサー8を上記の支持体6
aに設置して被印刷物の送り速度を低速とし、又
は停止するようにして軟弱な被印刷物16を無理
なく印刷用吸着テーブル6上に一定量移送して停
止せしめ、被印刷物が停止すると同時に印刷用吸
着テーブル6がバキユーム状態となり、被印刷物
16を印刷用吸着テーブル6上に吸着固定する。
一方、印刷機体15は左右移動ベース9に設置さ
れ、これらは更に前後移動ベース10上に設置さ
れ、更に印刷機体15に印刷位置合せ用の左右位
置検出センサー11と前後位置検出センサー12
が設置されていて、印刷用吸着テーブル6に固定
されている被印刷物16の上記マークを、左右移
動ベース9が動き左右位置検出センサー11によ
り検出すれば左右移動ベース9は移動を停止し、
更に前後移動ベース10が動き前後位置検出セン
サー12により上記のマークを検出すれば、前後
移動ベース10も移動を停止して印刷機体15の
刷版が被印刷物に対して正位置に停止固定される
ようにする。尚、印刷された被印刷物16は引張
り装置Dにより引張り後方に送り出すものであつ
て、常に回転している引張りローラ13と間歇的
に接触するタツチローラ14とにより送出するよ
うにする。又、引張り装置Dでは被印刷物16の
印刷された面を上面にしてローラ13上に載置さ
れた状態で送出されるので、これに接触するタツ
チローラ14は巾を狭くし、印刷面を離れた両側
