室、入りにくい室の差ができることにより
室間の過圧力に差ができ、この過差圧によつ

して圧縮空気源(又はタンク)12が連結されて
いる。上記各板4は油圧シリンダ13によつて
締込板14を介して締付けられるようになつてい

れは、一定時間(△t)ごとに行なつても、ま
た、室5内の圧力を設定し、その圧力に達した
