It is configured as shown in Publication No.-58484.
That is, the trolley is supported by the handrail steel cable so that it can move on the handrail steel cable provided along the main steel cable,
A workbench is supported on this trolley. The truck is equipped with a winch, and a traction rope is provided with one end connected to the handrail steel cable and the other end wrapped around the winch. Then, by winding and unwinding the rope by driving the winch, the trolley travels on the handrail steel cable, and the workbench is thereby transported to a desired position.

When a vehicle tries to ride over this strut grip while traveling, the running resistance will suddenly increase. Therefore, when the cart reaches the strut grip, the movement of the cart is restricted by the strut grip even while the winch is wrapping the tow rope around it, causing the tow rope to stretch due to elastic deformation. The tension will increase. From this state, when the truck passes over the strut grip, the truck moves rapidly for a moment due to the above tension, and immediately after this, the tension of the towing rope drops all at once, causing the truck to decelerate. In this way, when the trolley passes through the strut grip, the tension of the tow rope changes significantly, causing the trolley and the work platform supported by it to sway in the longitudinal direction of the steel cable, causing discomfort to the occupants on the work platform. There is the inconvenience of giving

It is required to make the trolley movable by wrapping it around a steel cable or winch, but in the former case, the towing rope itself needs to be painted and maintained, which is complicated, and in the latter case, Work is required to wrap the tow rope, but this is complicated.

These brackets 73 are slidably supported on support shafts 74 provided on the truck 9 so that their axes extend in the width direction of the truck 9.

5 is inserted, and a nut 76 is screwed into the threaded portion. The two brackets 7 are interposed between one bracket 73 and the nut 76.

7 is provided, whereby friction wheels 72, 72
elastically pinches the handrail steel cable 8. Also, at this time, the brackets 73, 73 relative to the support shaft 74
a friction ring 72 that sandwiches the handrail steel cable 8 by sliding;
The pressing forces of 72 are equalized. In this case, the resilient force of the coil spring 77 is adjusted by turning the nut 76, thereby adjusting the pressing force of the friction ring 72 against the handrail steel cable 8, that is, the frictional force.

移動することとなる。(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, a pair of friction rotating bodies are provided which are arranged to sandwich the handrail steel cable, and this friction rotating body is supported by a truck and is interlocked with a driving means provided on the same truck. Since a pressing means is provided which connects these two friction rotating bodies and elastically presses them against the handrail steel cable, when the drive means is operated, the friction member frictionally joins with the handrail steel cable and the trolley is moved to the handrail. It travels on a steel cable, and the work platform moves along the main steel cable.

This prevents any inconvenience from occurring and allows smooth movement of the workbench.

There is no need to run the tow rope along the handrail steel cable each time the main steel cable is run, and therefore, work such as painting the main steel cable can be done easily.
