【表】Detailed Description of the Invention [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention provides a cleaning composition containing an α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt, more specifically a cleaning agent containing an α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt with improved odor. Regarding the composition. [Prior art and problems] α-sulfo fatty acid ester salts have characteristics such as good hard water resistance, outstanding detergency and dirt dispersion ability, and very good biodegradability. It is considered important as a detergent surfactant (JP-A-49-64609, JP-A-50-38708, JP-A-55-108496, etc.). However, it is known that when α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt coexists with a large amount of alkali salt in a slurry and is spray-dried, it will hydrolyze and emit a significant odor.To prevent this, hindered phenol compounds are used. A method using a combination of hydroxycarboxylate or borate (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 151905-1982) and a method of adding a fatty acid ester (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 13894-1989) have been proposed, but neither method has the effect. Not enough. On the other hand, a method has also been proposed in which α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt is spray-dried as a slurry substantially free of strong alkali in the same space as a slurry containing strong alkali (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 47098/1983). However, the odor improvement effect cannot be said to be sufficient. [Means for solving the problem] As a result of intensive study on this point, the inventor has found that
The present inventors have discovered that a cleaning agent with significantly improved odor can be obtained by simultaneously containing zeolite and formic acid or its salt together with an α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt, leading to the completion of the present invention. That is, the present invention relates to (A) general formula (However, R 1 is a C 10 to C 20 alkyl or alkenyl group, R 2 is a C 1 to C 3 alkyl group, and M is an alkali metal earth metal.) A cleaning composition containing: 2 to 25% by weight (B) 2 to 25% by weight of zeolite; and (C) 1×10 −4 to 3% by weight of formic acid or its salt. Although the mechanism of the odor improving effect of α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt by the zeolite and formic acid or its salt of the present invention is not clear, the zeolite and formic acid or its salt can reduce the generation of lactone produced after hydrolysis of the α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt. By suppressing the salt through some interaction,
It is presumed that this prevents the milk-like odor characteristic of α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt hydrolysates. The α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt of the present invention is a sulfonated salt of an ester of a fatty acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms, preferably 14 to 20 carbon atoms, and the alcohol for forming the ester is a saturated ester having 1 to 3 carbon atoms. alcohols, preferably methanol and ethanol. Such a sulfone compound salt can be obtained, for example, by sulfonating a fatty acid ester with SO 3 gas and then neutralizing it by a conventional method. Sodium salts of sulfo fatty acid esters prepared from natural hydrogenated fatty acids and fatty acid mixtures, such as stearic acid methyl ester, palmitic acid ethyl ester, (hydrogenated) palm fatty acid methyl ester or (hydrogenated) α-sulfone of tallow fatty acid methyl ester Preference is given to using the acid sodium salt. α−
Preference is given to using sulfofatty acid ester salts. α-Sulfofatty acid ester salts generally contain a certain amount of α-sulfofatty acid di-salt, which is present in amounts of 5 to 25% by weight in industrial products;
This does not impair the effectiveness of the product. Therefore, in the following, α-sulfofatty acid ester salt means an industrial di-salt-containing product. The zeolite of the present invention is preferably a crystalline aluminosilicate. For example, A-type and X-type zeolites are suitable. The average particle size of the zeolite is desirably 0.1 to 20μ, more preferably about 0.1 to 10μ. As the formic acid salt of the present invention, an alkali metal salt or an alkaline earth metal salt can be used. The content of the α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt of the present invention is in the range of 2 to 25% by weight, preferably 5 to 20% by weight. If it is less than 2% by weight, there will be little effect on cleaning performance, and if it exceeds 25% by weight, the rinsing properties of the detergent will be poor. The content of the zeolite of the present invention is 2 to 25% by weight,
Preferably it is in the range of 5 to 20% by weight. If it is less than 2% by weight, there will be no deodorizing effect due to interaction with formic acid, and if it exceeds 25% by weight, no further effect can be expected. The content of formic acid and its salt of the present invention is 1×10 -4 ~
3% by weight, preferably 1×10 -3 to 1% by weight. If it is less than 1×10 -4 % by weight, there is no deodorizing effect;
Even if it exceeds the weight percentage, no further effect can be expected. In addition, the following components can be used in the cleaning composition of the present invention as necessary. 1 Surfactant Straight chain alkylbenzene sulfonate having an alkyl group with an average carbon number of 10 to 16, average carbon number of 10 to 20
Alkylethoxy sulfate having a linear or branched alkyl group and an average of 0.5 to 8 moles of ethylene oxide added to each molecule, with an average carbon number of 10 to 10.
Alkyl sulfate with 20 alkyl groups, average 10
Anionic surfactants such as olefin sulfonates having ~20 carbon atoms in one molecule, fatty acid salts having an average of 10 to 20 carbon atoms, and having alkyl groups having an average of 10 to 20 carbon atoms, 1 to 20 moles polyoxyethylene alkyl ether with ethylene oxide added,
nonionic surfactants such as higher fatty acid alkanolamides or their alkylene oxide adducts;
Other betaine type ampholytic surfactants, sulfonic acid type amphoteric surfactants, phosphate ester type surfactants, cationic surfactants, etc.2 Divalent metal ion scavengers Orthophosphate, pyrophosphate, tripolyphosphate, nitrilophosphate Triacetate, ethylenediaminetetraacetate, citrate, isocitrate, polyacrylate, polyacetal carboxylate, etc.3 Alkali agents and inorganic salts Silicates, carbonates, sesquilate carbonates, sulfates, etc.4 Recontamination Inhibitors Polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, carboxymethyl cellulose, etc. 5 Bleach, fluorescent dyes, enzymes, etc. As bleaching agents, use sodium perborate, sodium perborate, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, hydrogen peroxide adduct, etc. In addition to commercially available fluorescent dyes as brighteners, fragrances, enzymes such as protease, cellulase, amylase, and lipase, and bluing agents may also be added as necessary. 6. Other components commonly used in detergents other than those listed above may also be used as necessary. [Examples] Hereinafter, the effects of the present invention will be specifically explained using Examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following Examples. Example 1 The components other than soda carbonate having the composition shown in Table 1 were spray-dried using a conventional method, and after blending with soda carbonate, the powdery detergent was evaluated for odor based on the following criteria. Odor evaluation〇 Almost no odor ○△ Slight odor △ Considerable odor x Significant odor felt If the level is ○△ or higher, it can be determined that there is no practical problem due to the masking effect of fragrances, etc. 【table】
