Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a device that can easily drain pond water, cooling water, etc. Traditionally, sand filters and cassette-type filters are well known as filters used for filtering cooling water in garden ponds and cooling towers, but sand filters use heavy sand, so It is difficult to install it in a high place, and even if it is sealed and installed in a low place, a large amount of washing water and a large amount of power are required to clean the material. In addition, the latter cassette type is difficult to clean and regenerate when the material becomes clogged.
The materials are disposable and uneconomical. This invention makes it easy to wash and recycle the material by using extremely lightweight materials, and by making the overtank a closed type, it can be used in low-lying aquariums or in gardens located far away. This makes it possible to easily send excess water to ponds, etc.

As shown in the figure, the structure is as follows: a sealed tank 1 is filled with flotation material 2, and an impeller 5 for stirring the material and a water collection pit 6 are provided at the bottom of the tank 1, and raw water from the water tank 4 is poured into the water collection pit 6. In the filter device in which the inflow pipe 7 is connected, the flexible pipe 1 is connected to the pipe 13 to the water tank 4.
2, a conduit 14 having a water collection nozzle 3 at its lower end;
The water collection nozzle 3
The flange 9 can be freely inserted into a stud bolt 10 installed around the upper opening of the sealed tank 1. To explain the water collection nozzle 3 part in more detail, 8 is a screen having a large number of slits, and has a flange 9 behind it, and this flange 9 is installed around the opening at the top of the closed tank 1. It is attached to a stud bolt 10 with a wing nut 11. This water collection nozzle 3 is
It is connected to a pipe 13 to the water tank 4 via a flexible pipe 12, and when removed from the closed tank 1, it can be freely handled while being supported by the flexible pipe 13. Also, this screen 8
A check valve 21 is provided in the pipe line 14 behind the tank 1 to discharge and supply air from the closed tank 1 at the time of overstarting and after material cleaning. Reference numeral 15 indicates an insect screen. still,
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 16 indicates a pump for feeding raw water, 17 indicates a raw water inlet valve, 18 indicates a drain valve, 19 indicates a manual valve, and 20 indicates a check valve.

論である。 The device according to the present invention is configured as described above, and when the manual valve 19 and the raw water inflow valve 17 are opened, water from the water tank 4 is pumped into the closed tank by the pump 16.
When the floating material 2 in the closed tank 1 is pumped up into a compressed state by the feeding pressure from the pump 16, the fed stock solution passes through this material. Thereafter, the water flows back into the water tank 4 through the water collection nozzle 3. In other words, the closed tank 1 forms a closed-type overflow system, and the supply pressure of the pump 16 can be used as is to transport excess water to high places, or to places far away where the resistance of the pipe line is high. It can be freely sent anywhere.
In addition, in order to prevent consumption of excess water, stock solution is appropriately replenished into the water tank 4 from elsewhere, and excess water is always ensured in the water tank 4 through the above-mentioned operation. . If the material becomes clogged due to continued over-operation as described above, the raw water inlet valve 17 is closed and the raw water in the sealed tank 1 is stirred by the impeller 5 to remove foreign substances. The wood, which had become block-like, decomposes and only the impurities settle out. Next, by opening the drain valve 18 and draining a certain amount of water from the sealed tank 1, only the heavy impurities are discharged through the water collection pit 6, and the lighter materials float inside the sealed tank 1. remain in the That is, the cleaning of the material has been completed with the above operations, and after that, the drain valve 18 can be closed and over-operation as described above can be performed. Of course, the above cleaning operation is automatically performed by electrically controlling the raw water inlet valve 17, the stirring impeller 5, and the drain valve 18.
The cleaning timing can be activated by detecting the pressure inside the closed tank 1, or can be activated after a certain period of overrun (for example, 24 hours) using a timer. In addition, if one cleaning is insufficient as described above, it is possible not only to perform two or more cleanings, but also to separate and discharge a portion of the excess water immediately after cleaning to prevent the inside of the water tank 4 from becoming polluted. Of course.

By removing this from the closed tank 1, the clogged matter in the screen 8 can be easily removed. That is, even when removing the water collecting nozzle 3 from the closed tank 1 and cleaning it, since it is connected to the pipe 13 through the flexible pipe 12, the removed water collecting nozzle 3 can be freely handled by changing its orientation. This makes it extremely easy to clean.

In addition, while a closed tank is used as an overflow tank, the direction of the removed water collection nozzle 3 can be changed and handled freely, making it easy to load materials and the water collection nozzle. In addition to being able to carry out air-conditioning, it is also easy to maintain, and has outstanding effects that are unparalleled to conventional air-conditioning machines of this type.
