〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は例えば自動車のハーネスカバーとカー
ペツトとを積層する際に有用なプラスチツク板と

とにより固定する。該ハーネスカバー3は更に床
1から延長されるカーペツト4が被着されてタツ
カー5で止着される。

上り部分を生ずるおそれがあり、またタツカー止
め作業は手間がかかるものであり、更にタツカー
止着部分からカーペツトにほころびを生ずるおそ
れもあるし、タツカーが抜落ちてハーネスカバー
とカーペツトとがずれてしまう場合もある。

本発明を第1図〜第4図に示す一実施例によつ
て説明すれば、第2図に示すハーネスカバー3は

−スチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン等のプラスチツ
クからなり形に屈曲せられ上端縁には係止溝3
Aが形成され、表面には不織布、繊維編織物、紙
等の粗面を有するシート6が貼着される。ハーネ
スカバー3は主として押出成形で製造されるので
押出成形時に同時に粗面シート6を貼合わせすれ
ば接着剤も不要でありまた別個に接着工程を設け
る必要もない。勿論ハーネスカバー3を成形後に
粗面シート6を接着剤等で貼合わせてもよい。第
3図に示すのはカーペツト4であり該カーペツト
4はタフトカーペツト、ニードルカーペツト等何
れの種類のカーペツトも用いることが出来、裏面
にはポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミ
ド、ポリ塩化ビニリデン等の感熱性合成樹脂層7
が貼着されている。
