ムサポート7の上下板部に嵌着したフランジ付軸
受18によつて摺動自在に支持する。下側のフラ
ンジ付軸受18はカム軸11に嵌着したコイルス
プリング19をカム体10の下面に保持し、この
コイルスプリング19によつてカム体10を図示
する位置に押上げている。また上記旋回アーム5
の基端部9の内周面と上記カム体10の外周面と
にカム体10の上下動によつて係脱自在の係合部
20,21をそれぞれ設け、通常は上記スプリン
グ19の押上によつてこの係合部20,21は外
されている。また上記旋回アーム5は、パイプ部
材22の両端螺合部23に右ねじ24と左ねじ2
5とを螺合し、これらをナツト26によつて固定
したターンバツクル形のものであり、アーム長さ
を伸縮調整できる。また前記他側の山留板4の一
部を構成する補強リブ27の上下部にアームレシ
ーバ28を固着し、このアームレシーバ28に上
