It is supported concentrically within the container body 1 by screen supports/drain catchers 22 provided at intervals, and as described above, the nozzle 2
Moisture in the wet steam that is introduced into the container body 1 through the swirling motion is transferred from the slit portion of the screen 20 to the space between the screen 20 and the peripheral wall of the container body 1 due to centrifugal force based on the swirling motion. The water is pushed out to the bottom, is prevented from rotating by the screen support/drain catcher 22, flows downward, and is discharged from the drain outlet 15 at the bottom of the container body. Reference numeral 6 indicates an upper tube plate attached to the top of the container body 1, and 8 indicates a first stage heater supported by a heater support 23 projecting from the lower circumferential wall of the container body 1 as shown in FIG. A donut-shaped tube plate is attached to the upper surface of the drain reservoir 10, and between the tube plate 8 and the upper tube plate 6, a group of first stage heating tubes 17 are arranged radially in the circumferential direction as shown in FIG. Arranged. 9 is a second stage heater drain reservoir supported by the donut-shaped tube plate 8 via a sealing bellows type expansion joint 24;
As shown in the figure, a second-stage heater lower tube plate 7 is installed, and between the lower tube plate 7 and the upper tube plate 6, a group of second-stage heating tubes 16 is connected to the first-stage heating tube 1.
Like the 7th group, they are arranged radially. Reference numeral 4 denotes a second stage heating steam chamber installed on the upper surface of the upper tube plate 6 as shown in FIG. A steam inlet 11 is provided. 5 is the second stage heating steam chamber 4
The first stage heating steam chamber is mounted on the upper surface of the upper tube plate 6 so as to surround the first stage heating steam chamber, and is provided with a first stage heating steam inlet 12. Reference numeral 13 denotes a second-stage heated steam drain discharge pipe whose one end opens at the bottom of the second-stage heater drain reservoir 9 and whose other end extends outside the container body 1;
The middle part is formed into a loop shape to absorb differences in expansion and contraction. Reference numeral 14 denotes a first-stage heated steam drain discharge pipe whose one end opens at the bottom of the first-stage heater drain reservoir 10 and whose other end extends outside the container body 1, and the middle part thereof is formed in the shape of an arrowhead loop. There is. 15 is a drain outlet provided at the bottom of the container body 1; 18 is a tube support plate that supports the heating tubes 16 and 17 at appropriate spans as shown in FIG. 1; and 19 is a drain outlet provided as shown in FIG. The provided heating tube protection plate 19 has the role of protecting the heating tube near the entrance of the nozzle stand 2. 21 is a drain collection net attached to the outer periphery of the first stage heating tube;
The upper and lower ends are attached to the upper tube plate 6 and the donut-shaped tube plate 8, and the middle part is supported by the tube support plate 18. It has the role of evenly distributing the steam flow from 2 to the lower part. 25 is a rotating separator attached to the screen 20 as shown in FIG. Helpful.

The moisture in the wet steam flows through the slit portion of the drain separation screen 20 due to the centrifugal force caused by the swirling flow, and the moisture in the wet steam flows into the space between the screen 20 and the container body 1. Screen support and drain catcher 22
The swirling flow is regulated by the water, and the water flows down to the bottom and is discharged to the outside from the drain outlet 15. After the moisture has been separated from the steam as described above, the moisture is further collected by the drain collection net 21.
Heating steam passes through the outer periphery of the group of first-stage heating steam inlets 17 to which heating steam is supplied from the first-stage heating steam inlet 12 and is heated. On the other hand, the moisture collected by the drain collection net 21 descends and is discharged from the drain outlet 15 to the outside. In addition, the steam in the first stage heating tube 17 group exchanges heat with the steam passing through the outer periphery, becomes a drain at the bottom of the tube, and the first stage heater drain reservoir 10
It is then discharged to the outside from the drain outlet 14.
The steam that has passed through the outer periphery of the 17 group of first-stage heating tubes is heated in the same way as it passes through the outer periphery of the 16 group of second-stage heating tubes located further inside, and after the moisture is separated, it passes through the central space and is re-circulated. The hot steam is taken out from the outlet 3. Further, the heated steam in the group of second-stage heating tubes 16 becomes drain at the bottom of the tubes, passes through the second-stage heater drain reservoir 9, and is discharged to the outside from the drain discharge pipe 13.

できる。 Since the moisture separator in wet steam of the present invention has the above-described configuration and operation, according to the present invention, the wet steam is separated from the nozzle holder 2 to the container body 1.
The centrifugal force generated by the swirling motion is used to separate the moisture in the wet steam.Heating tubes 16 and 17 are arranged radially, and the wet steam is introduced into the interior while rotating. Since the steam is made to flow toward the center and extracted from the center, heat exchange between the heated steam and wet steam in the heating tube groups 16 and 17 is performed rationally, improving moisture separation performance. In addition, the structure is simple, the entire device can be made smaller, and a large amount of installation space is not required, which is a practical effect.
