Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は軟弱地盤にスラリー状固結剤を注入し
て軟弱地盤の固化改良を行なう方法において、地
盤の混合撹拌翼を水平方向だけでなく上下方向に

なく、上下撹拌翼の間の回転軸部分にシルト、粘
土、泥炭等の土壌が次第に付着して来て、ついに
は上下撹拌翼まで覆う大きなダンゴ状となり、全
く撹拌効果が発揮できなくなつてしまうことがし
ばしばあり、そのため作業員がいちいちスコツプ
等で付着した土壌を掻落さなければならない等

2個の撹拌翼で、該上下撹拌翼4a,4bはそれ
ぞれ回転管1に開設した対向する縦長スリツト5
内を貫挿し、その中間部を管1内に設けた水平軸
6に枢支されてスリツト5内で上下に旋回できる
ようになつている。7は回転管1上方に設置した
2個の油圧シリンダー等の作動装置で、そのロツ
ド8下端はそれぞれ上記撹拌翼4a,4bに連結
されており、従つて各撹拌翼4a,4bは回転管
1の回転とシリンダー7の作動により水平方向の
回転と上下旋回運動が同時に行なわれることにな

おり、下段撹拌翼4bは回転管1内に挿入した連
結アーム10により上段撹拌翼4aと連結されて
該上段撹拌翼4aと連動するよう構成されてい
る。また、外管9の頭部は第5図に示すように回
転管1の駆動軸11と複数の歯車12a〜12d
を介して接続されて回転管1と同方向(又は逆方

本発明は以上のように撹拌翼が回転管による水
平回転運動を行なうだけでなく、同時に上下の旋
回運動を行なうようにしているから、例えば第2
図に示す如く回転管の引抜き時だけを見ても、任
意の一定深さ(−h)における撹拌翼の撹拌方向
は上向き撹拌と下向き撹拌とが繰り返されること
となり、打込み又は引抜き速度と撹拌翼の上下作
動量を適当に組合せることによつて撹拌効果が大
巾に増大され、従来より強度の高い杭体を造成す
ることができ、また従来不可能であつた上下撹拌
翼の中間に位置する周囲土壌部分も同時に効果的
に撹拌が行なわれる利点がある。さらに、本発明
によれば撹拌翼は前記の如く水平回転と上下動が
同時に行なわれるので、土壌が付着しにくく、従
来のように上下撹拌翼近傍の回転管部分に付着す
る土壌が次第に肥大して行つてついにはダンゴ状
となつてしまうようなことはなく、上記の撹拌効
果を保持することができる等種々の利点を有す

翼により周囲土壌と混合撹拌を行なう地盤改良方
法において、該撹拌翼を回転管に上下旋回可能に
取付け、スラリー状固結剤の吐出の際に撹拌翼に
回転管による水平回転と上記上下旋回運動とを同
時に行なわしめて撹拌効果を促進することを特徴
とする地盤改良方法。 2 前記撹拌翼の上下旋回運動は、回転管上方に
設置したシリンダーのロツド下端を該撹拌翼に連
結して行なう特許請求の範囲第1項記載の地盤改
良方法。 3 前記撹拌翼の上下旋回運動は、前記回転管の
外周に回転自在の外管を設けて該外管を回転管の
駆動軸と歯車を介し接続して減速駆動されるよう
にし、該外管の下端は斜めに切除された端口を有
して撹拌翼上面が常に該端口に接するようにし、
該撹拌翼は回転管により水平回転を行なうのに伴
つて上記端口の形状にならつて摺動することによ
り行なうようにした特許請求の範囲第1項記載の
地盤改良方法。 4 前記撹拌翼は回転管に上下2段又はそれ以上
配設され、最上段の撹拌翼の上下旋回運動は連結
アームを介して順次下段の撹拌翼に伝達連動せし
めるようにした特許請求の範囲第1項、第2項又
