As the cooling fan 4 rotates, outside air is actively taken in from the air supply port 5, and a sufficient amount of combustion air is supplied to the oven gas burner 6, ensuring more complete combustion, and the wind from the cooling fan 4 Therefore, the temperature rise of various electrical control parts including the magnetron 7 is suppressed, and stable operation of the equipment is achieved. In addition, the wind that has cooled the electrical control parts is also affected by the draft effect of the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust stack 8, cools the partition plate 9 and the exhaust stack 8, rises toward the exhaust port 10, and is discharged from the exhaust stack 8. The exhaust gases mix and are discharged from the exhaust port 10 to the outside of the device. Exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust port 10 is discharged from the upper opening 11 of the exhaust pipe 8 at an angle slightly toward the front of the device as indicated by arrow a in the drawing.

Ta. Furthermore, there was no top plate, etc., and although it was divided by a partition plate 9, there was no consideration for air insulation, so too much heat was trapped.

である。Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the cooking device of the present invention uses a space between a top plate on which a gas stove or the like is placed and a cooking device 12 consisting of a heating chamber and a combustion chamber located below the top plate to accommodate a gas stove, etc. A high-frequency oscillator that supplies high-frequency power into the heating chamber and a partition wall with an opening at the rear of the heating chamber communicate with the space provided between the back plate facing the rear of the heating chamber and the chimney that discharges waste gas. On the opposite side of the partition wall in the combustion chamber, a wall surface with an open center is provided, and a hot air circulation fan is placed next to this wall surface approximately in an extension of the center of the opening. a duct that communicates the rotating outer circumferential side of the circulation fan and the heating chamber;
A main exhaust port for gas that communicates with the combustion chamber and a sub-exhaust passage that communicates with a sub-exhaust hole provided on the wall of the heating chamber are provided, and a portion of the sub-exhaust passage is filled with water vapor in the exhaust gas or heated gas. A sensor or temperature sensor that is sensitive to the gas generated from the material is installed, guided through a duct from the confluence of the main exhaust air port and the auxiliary exhaust passage, and connected to the removable chimney. It is characterized by communicating with the surrounding space, and further communicating the space between the outer periphery of the cooker and the top plate with the area around the chimney, so that exhaust gas is discharged through the multiple tubes. .
