Description
本発明は衣類を洗浄すると同時に、衣類に柔軟
性と残香性を付与する粒状洗剤組成物に関する。
家庭において衣類を洗浄すると同時に柔軟性を
付与する柔軟化洗剤として、アニオン界面活性剤
を主成分とする粒状洗剤に、粉粒状のカチオン界
面活性剤を添加した洗剤組成物が種々提案されて
いる(特開昭55−106299号、特開昭55−115499、
特開昭57−137396)。しかしながら、このような
洗剤に香料を添加する場合、カチオン界面活性剤
特有の臭気や洗濯中でのカチオン界面活性剤とア
ニオン界面活性剤との錯体形成などが原因して衣
類に良好な残香性を付与することが困難であつ
た。
本発明者らは、このような欠点を除くため種々
検討を重ねた結果、ある特定の香料をカチオン界
面活性剤と組み合わせて使用し、アルキルベンゼ
ンスルホン酸塩に配合することにより、この目的
を達成できることを見出し、この知見に基いて本
発明を完全するに至つた。
すなわち、本発明の芳香性粒状洗剤組成物は、
以下の(A)〜(E)の中から選ばれた少なくとも一種の
香料を一般式()のカチオン界面活性剤と共
に、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩に配合したこ
とを特徴とする。
(1) 香料
(A) ベンジルo−ヒドロキシベンゾエート、
(B) 7−アセチル−1,1,3,4,4,6−
ヘキサメチル−テトラヒドロナフタレン、
(C) p−tert−ブチル−α−メチルヒドロシン

配合され、洗剤組成物中の配合量は0.05〜0.5重
量%程度である。また、これらの香料に他の香料
を混合して使用でき、この具体例としては、アセ
トケタール、アセトアルデヒドエチルフエニルエ
チルアセタール、メチルフエニルアセテート、ア
ネトール、タービネルアセテート、アニシルアル
デヒド、ジラン、テトラヒドロムゴール、イソブ
チルキノリン、ヘプタベール、トリプラール、シ
ンナミツクアルコール、ハイドロトロピツクアル
デヒド、シスジヤスモン、リナロール、クマリ
ン、メンソネート、ドウピカール、メシルシンナ
メートなどが挙げられる。
一般式()で表わされるカチオン界面活性剤
の具体例としては、ジステアリルジメチルアンモ
ニウム塩、ジ水添牛脂アルキルジメチルアンモニ
ウム塩、ジ水添パームアルキルジメチルアンモニ
ウム塩、ジステアリルメチルヒドロキシエチルア
ンモニウム塩、ジステアリルジヒドロキシエチル
アンモニウム塩などがあり、対イオンとしてはク
ロリド、ブロミドが挙げられる。カチオン界面活
性の洗剤組成物中への配合量は0.5〜10重量%程
度がよい。また、カチオン界面活性剤は、破砕造
粒あるいは噴霧冷却法などにより、粒径50〜
1000μ程度の粒状物として粒状洗剤と混合するの
がよい。
アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩としては炭素数
10〜18のアルキル基を有するものが好ましく、対
イオンとしてはナトリウム、カリウムなどのアル
カリ金属塩、マグネシウム塩がよい。この具体例
としてはドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウ
ム、トリデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムな
どが挙げられる。
アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩の配合量は3〜
40重量%程度がよい。
アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩は、たとえば、
(A)〜(E)の香料および一般式()で表わされるカ
チオン活性剤を除く、界面活性剤やビルダーおよ
び他の添加剤を必要によりスラリー状態で混合
後、噴霧乾燥することにより製造される。
本発明の洗剤組成物はさらに界面活性剤、洗剤
ビルダーおよび他の添加剤を含むことができる。
界面活性剤としてはC10〜20のα−オレフインス
ルホン酸塩、アルキルエトキシ硫酸塩、アルキル
硫酸塩などのアニオン界面活性剤、C8〜14のアル
コールエトキシレートなどのノニオン界面活性
剤、アルキルベタインなどの両性界面活性剤が例
示できる。洗剤ビルダーとしてはトリポリ燐酸
塩、ピロ燐酸塩、珪酸塩、炭酸塩、硫酸塩、ゼオ
ライト、クエン酸塩、ポリアクリル酸塩などの無
機または有機ビルダーが例示できる。また、他の
添加剤としては、カルボキシメチルセルロース、
ポリエチレングリコールなどの再汚染防止剤、石
けんなどの泡コントロール剤、漂白剤、螢光増白
剤、酵素、色素などが例示できる。
本発明によれば、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸
を含む洗剤に、特定の香料とカチオン界面活性剤
とを配合することにより、残香性効果と柔軟化効
果の双方を発揮せしめることができる。
実施例
下記組成の粒状洗剤を用いて洗濯を行ない、綿
布に対する残香性および柔軟性の付与効果を測定
し、その結果を第1表に示した。
(1) 粒状洗剤の組成
直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ソーダ(C12
アルキル) 20wt%
C14〜C18α−オレフインスルホン酸ソーダ
3wt%
ピロ燐酸ソーダ 15wt%
珪酸ソーダ 10wt%
炭酸ソーダ 10wt%
香 料 0.15wt%
カチオン界面活性剤粒子* 5wt%
硫酸ソーダ、水 バランス
(*) ジ水添牛脂アルキルジメチルアンモニ
ウムクロリド/メチルセルロース=75/25
(重量比)の混合造粒物で、添加量はジ水添
牛脂アルキルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド
分として計算した。
(2) 柔軟性付与効果の検定
ナイロントリコツト布(30デニール)
30g×4枚
アクリルジヤージ布 90g×2枚
綿タオル 80g×2枚
綿晒布 50g×4枚
綿メリヤス布 85g×4枚
からなる試験布を前記の粒状洗剤と60℃の水道
水を用いて15分間洗浄した後、60℃の水道水を
用いて3分間ずつ3回濯いで試験布を前処理す
る。次いでこの試験布を噴粒式家庭用電気洗濯
機に収め、前記の粒状洗剤と各添加剤組成物と
25℃の水道水を用いて、洗剤濃度0.13%、浴比

こうして得られた試験布のなかから綿タオル
を取り出し、その感触を5人の判定者に判定さ
せ、判定者5人の平均から添加剤組成物の柔軟
性付与効果を評価した。尚、この感触判定は添
加剤組成物を使用しなかつた以外は上記と全く
同一の手順で得られた綿タオルの感触をゼロと
し、これとの比較から下記の基準で行なつた。
