バリ等が生じるのでこれを無くする為に上型上に
相当重量の重錘を載置して上型を下型に強力に押
圧してかかる湯洩れ、バリ等が生じない様にして
いるもので、この為鋳型の冷却ラインより注湯ラ
インへ重錘の乗替装置を設置しているものであ
る。しかしながらこの重錘の重量は数100Kgのも
のもある為これを吊下げて乗替をするには相当規
模の設備を必要とし、又その取扱いにも熟練した
技術を必要としているものである。

に鋳型締付具を乗替る様にしているものであるか
ら、従来の重錘の乗替に比べ簡単な設備で鋳型締
付具を的確に乗替えて自動化、省力化を図り、鋳
造速度の飛躍的向上を図るものである。
