回転駆動装置を設けなり、ツルーイング用工具を
機上において修正工具で研削用のNC制御によつ
て修正するようになしたものである。

れており、ケレ12を介してケレ回し5により回
転される。ベツド1上にテーブル2と直角方向に
摺動可能に載置されNCで切り込み制御される砥
石台13上には、砥石14を軸端に装着した砥石
軸を回転可能に軸承した砥石軸台15が固設さ
れ、砥石軸はモータ16によりベルトを介して回
転される。この砥石軸台15または砥石台13上
にはブラケツト17が固設されており、その軸受
けで回転可能に軸承されセンタ軸線と平行な枢軸
18に保持台19が固設されている。保持台19
には先端にツルーイング用工具修正工具20を固
着した回転軸がセンタ軸線と平行に回転可能に軸
承されており、ツルーイング用工具修正工具の修
正位置の水平状態と待機の垂直位置に保持台19
を位置決めする図示しないストツパが設けられて
いる。そして回転軸21の後端のプーリ22は砥
石台13上のモータ23のプーリ24とベルトを

できる。またツルーイング用工具修正工具はロー
タリ形式でなく、シングルポイント形式でも良い
ことは云うまでもない。このときは付属の回転駆
動装置は不要となる。

て修正工具用の位置制御機構及びツルーイング用
工具の専用の回転装置が不要であり、安価な修正
装置を提供することができる。またツルーイング
用工具の修正が取外すことなく機上で直ちに実施
でき、段取り時間が少なくなり且つ修正精度を向
上することができる。
