[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a conveyor belt made of natural or synthetic rubber and having a horizontal bending function, which facilitates transportation in complicated curves. [Prior art] Conventionally, curved transportation has been carried out using metal top chains, crescent chains, etc., but such metal chains are heavy, for example, 82.6 mm wide and weighing 2.2 kg/m. also reach. Therefore,
The conveyance speed is low and the conveyance noise is large. Moreover, since a large bending radius of 500 mm or more is required, the device inevitably becomes large. Furthermore, it was prone to contamination with grease oil and the like. However, current conveyance equipment is transitioning from the conventional simple equipment that only had the function of conveying objects to lines that incorporate various processes such as cleaning, labeling, and inspection during conveyance, and the following performance is required. ing. (1) Positioning does not occur due to sudden acceleration or sudden stopping.
(The chain is heavy and will shift due to inertia.) (2) No oil or dirt contamination. (Contamination of the chain with oil, grease, etc. is unavoidable.) (3) The curvature R must be small in order to downsize the device.
(The minimum R of the chain is 500 mm.) [Problems to be solved by the invention] A belt made of synthetic rubber such as polyurethane rubber is a lightweight and excellent material for a conveyor belt. However, these rubber conveyor belts are flat, endless belts that are used horizontally and inverted vertically, but it is difficult to bend such flat belts laterally with a small radius. Therefore, there has been a need for a belt made of natural or synthetic rubber that has a lateral bending function that can be applied to complex meandering lines. [Means for Solving Problems] and [Operations] The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and has a structure in which a toothed belt is made of natural or synthetic rubber and has teeth on both sides of the belt. It is characterized by having a horizontal bending function with a fixed profile. That is, the present invention uses a conveyor belt made of natural or synthetic rubber vertically and bends it laterally in both left and right directions. However, since the belt width is narrow, a sufficient conveyance function cannot be obtained. For this reason, the side portions of the teeth are wide, and the profile is fixed to these portions. Therefore,
Various profiles can be fixed to match the conveyed object, and it can also be smoothly bent laterally. In the present invention, the portion to which the profile is fixed is a toothed portion on the side surface of the belt, and is fixed to the side surface of the tooth and the belt. The fixing means uses a heat fusion method in the case of a thermoplastic elastomer such as polyurethane rubber or polyester elastomer. Also, in the case of a black rubber belt, use adhesive. Particularly preferred is an epoxy adhesive. Furthermore, a method combining heat fusion bonding and adhesive is also possible. For example, in the case of polyurethane rubber, an adhesive strength of 200 kg x adhesive area can be obtained by heat fusion. In this sense as well, bonding to the side surfaces of the teeth has great significance. Furthermore, since it is a toothed belt, accurate conveyance is possible, but even more accurate and stable conveyance can be achieved if a guide rail is provided at the tip of the teeth other than the area where it meshes with the pulley. Generally, metals such as stainless steel, plastics such as nylon, and vinyl chloride resin are used as guide rail materials. Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically explained by giving examples with reference to the drawings. [Example] FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view of a conveyance belt according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a conveyance line. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a method of attaching a profile in the case of a single-toothed belt. 1 is a belt, 2 is a tooth, and 4 is a profile fixed to the side surface 3 of the tooth. The profile 4 can be formed into various shapes depending on the object to be transported. In this example, polyurethane rubber was used as the material for the belt 1, and the profiles were adhered by heat fusion. Reference numeral 5 denotes a guide rail to prevent the belt from wobbling during conveyance, and is provided in a portion other than the pulley that engages with the teeth 2 so as to lightly contact the teeth and a portion of the profile 4 that protrudes outward from the teeth. In FIG. 2, 6 is a drive pulley, and 7 is a drive pulley.
8 is a driven pulley, and 8 is a horizontally bent pulley. In this example, it was possible to convey the material on a complicated conveyance line with a small R as shown in Table 1.

According to the present invention, it is possible to make a side bend with an extremely small radius, and therefore the device can be easily miniaturized, and there is no positional shift due to sudden acceleration or sudden stopping.
Because the conveyance noise is low, there is no oil contamination, and accurate conveyance is possible, it is possible to save labor and manpower in complex conveyance lines. Further, by using the guide rail, it is possible to prevent the belt from wobbling during conveyance, thereby ensuring more accurate conveyance of the conveyed object in the profile.
