Conventional structure and its problems In toaster ovens, etc., when the door of the heating chamber is opened, the mesh shelf or saucer on which the food is placed is mechanically linked to the door and pulled out to the front. The height of these mesh shelves is such that the heat from the electric heaters installed above and below the racks is distributed evenly to the food placed on the racks. In order to receive the heat, the height of the shelf is located at a position with approximately equal spacing from the upper and lower heaters, and the position (height) cannot be changed. In other words, the structure is generally such that a mesh shelf is installed at a position that partitions the heating chamber into an upper and lower part at the center, and therefore the size of the food to be placed is approximately equal to the effective height of the heating chamber. There was a problem that it was limited to less than half.

On the other hand, some electric ovens have a structure in which a mesh shelf or saucer is placed on a multi-tier shelf holder installed on the side wall of the heating chamber, and the height can be selected arbitrarily to accommodate the size of the food being cooked. Although it has the advantage of not having any height restrictions, it does have the problem of not being able to take in and out the shelves when the door opens and closes. Furthermore, even if the microwave oven is equipped with an electric heating device and has a structure where the saucer rotates, a mesh shelf is placed on the rotating saucer, but it goes without saying that the opening and closing of the door and the interlocking insertion and removal of the saucer and the mesh shelf are necessary. I couldn't.

Generally, when baking bread, fish, etc., it is necessary to bake the front and back sides evenly, so the net rack on which the bread, fish, etc. are placed is placed in a position where it receives even heat from the upper and lower heaters, and it is also heated by high frequency. In this case, food stored in containers is often handled, so it is necessary to install shelves at a position that can ensure the height to accommodate the containers. Increasing the distance between the screen shelf and the upper heater in order to meet both of these requirements means that the upper heater has to generate a relatively large amount of heat, and the height of the heating chamber has to be made higher than before. There were problems such as the need to increase the size.

For the above reasons, it is extremely difficult to use a high-frequency heating device equipped with electric heaters on the top and bottom that has a drawer structure in which the cooking food table is linked to the opening/closing door, and whose height can be arbitrarily selected depending on the heating application. It became uneconomical and impractical.

In FIG. 1, a heating chamber 2 is provided in a high-frequency heating device 1, and an opening 6 is provided in a ceiling surface 5 using a high-frequency generator 3 such as a magnetron and a waveguide 4.
A high frequency wave is introduced into the heating chamber 2 from the heating chamber 2. Reference numerals 7 and 8 are electric heaters provided above and below the heating chamber 2, respectively. In addition,
The upper heaters 7 are arranged in two rows in parallel so as to avoid the opening 6. However, this does not apply when the high frequency opening 6 is provided on the side wall or back wall of the heating chamber. 9 is an upper mesh shelf on which food is placed. Upper net shelf 9
are upper electric heater 7 and lower electric heater 8.
When used for cooking, such as when baking bread, if the output of the upper and lower electric heaters 7 and 8 is the same at the height shown in the illustration, the heat from the upper and lower electric heaters 7 and 8 can be received evenly. can. Note that by changing the distribution of the output of the electric heaters 7 and 8, the height of the mesh shelf 9 does not necessarily have to be at the center of the heating chamber 2, but if the food to be cooked is too close to the heater, the heater may Because it is a shaped heat source and strong direct radiation is irradiated onto the food being cooked, there may be undesirable effects such as localized linear burn marks on flat, wide-shaped food, and reflected waves from the ceiling and bottom surfaces. In order to achieve uniform heating over the entire area of the food, including the heat rays, it is appropriate to have a configuration in which the food can be placed approximately in the center of the heating chamber 2.

FIG. 2 is a partial sectional view showing the details of the sliding body 10 on which the net shelf 9 is mounted, and is symmetrically provided close to the left and right heating chamber wall surfaces 2a of the sliding table 10. A guide 11 made of a material such as heat-resistant resin or ceramics is fixed inside the heating chamber wall surface 2a, and the sliding table 10 slides back and forth by this guide 11. A permanent magnet 12 is attached to a part of the sliding table 10 while being housed in a non-magnetic metal case 13. If the material of the permanent magnet 12 is a ferrite magnet, it absorbs high frequency waves, generates heat to a temperature close to the Curie point or higher, and may lose its magnetic force. It has a shield against. Depending on the material of the permanent magnet, there are some that do not generate heat due to high frequencies, and in this case, the metal case 13
becomes unnecessary.

A magnet body 16 that can be slid back and forth by a fixed guide 15 is provided on the outside of the heating chamber wall surface 2a. The magnet body 16 consists of a permanent magnet 17 and a metal cover 18, and the metal cover 18 is made of a magnetic material such as a steel plate, and is open to the heating chamber wall 2a side and closed to the outside, so that it is not exposed to the outside. It also serves to prevent magnetic flux leakage. Note that an arm 19 is connected to the door and is connected to the magnet body by a pin 20. 21 is a return spring, one end of which is fixed to the rear wall of the heating device 1. As shown in the figure, the two magnets 12 and 17 are opposed to each other with the heating chamber wall 2a in between, and the magnetic poles of the opposing surfaces are of different polarities and are designed to attract each other. The heating chamber wall 2a and the guide 15 are made of a non-magnetic material, such as an austenitic stainless steel plate or an aluminum alloy plate.

The sliding table 10 is provided with an arm 23 that is swingable about a shaft 22, and a protrusion or pin 24 on which the net shelf 9 is placed is provided at the tip end of the arm 23. As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 4, and 5, the arms 23 are provided at the front and rear of the sliding table 10,
An operating rod 25 configured to move together with the front arm 23 protrudes from the front end of the slide table 10. The operating rod 25 can be operated up and down along a guide groove 26 provided on the front end surface of the sliding table 10, and when the operating rod 25 is pushed down, the tip of the arm 23 rises, as shown in FIG. As shown by the broken line, the operating lever 25

Therefore, the net shelf 9 placed on the tip pin 24 also moves up and down. Note that a protrusion 26a is provided below the guide groove 26 to lock the operating rod 25, and prevents the net shelf 9 from lowering naturally due to the weight of the food and the net shelf 9. Further, a lower net 27 is arranged at the position when the net shelf 9 is lowered. That is,
In the case of cooking using high-frequency heating, it is often the case that food is cooked in containers such as teacups or pots, and as shown in FIG. However, as shown in FIG. 7, the container can be stabilized by the lower net 27.

On the other hand, it is possible to make the mesh of the upper mesh 9 finer and eliminate the lower mesh 27, but in the case of heating with an electric heater, the heat from the lower heater 8 is blocked by the metal wires forming the mesh, so this is not preferable. In the case of heating with an electric heater, cooking is done with the upper grate 9 in the highest position, so the lower grate 27 does not touch the food directly.
Heat from the electric heater 8 is not blocked. In addition,
The metal wires constituting the upper mesh 9 are also corrugated,
The number of parts that come into contact with the food being cooked is minimized. FIG. 8 shows the relationship between the upper mesh 9 and the lower mesh 27, and the upper mesh 9 is composed of a plurality of parallel wavy metal wires 28.
The lower net 27 is also made of similar wavy metal wires 29, and the crests 28a of the upper wavy metal wires 28 and the lower wavy metal wires 29 are perpendicular to each other, and the ridges 29a of the lower wavy metal wires 29 is the middle part of the upper wavy metal wire 28, and the valley part 29b is the upper peak part 2.
It is placed directly below 8a. In addition, in FIG. 8, the lower screen 27 indicated by a broken line indicates the relative position when the upper screen 9 is at the highest position.

FIG. 9 shows a second embodiment, in which the lower shelf is movable and detachable, and has an angle θ with the first arm 23a having the pin 24 on which the upper net 9 is placed. A second arm 23b extending downward is provided integrally with the second arm 23b.
3b is provided with a pin 30 on which the lower net is placed. In addition, both the highest and lowest positions of the pin 24 have a dimension l with respect to a horizontal line passing through the center of the shaft 22 of the first arm 23a, and the displacement in the front-rear direction at the upper and lower positions of the upper net 9 is do not have. Further, by setting the angle θ between the first arm 23a and the second arm 23b to 90°, the lower mesh is moved in parallel. Further, in the case of the first embodiment, the means for interconnecting the arms provided at the front and rear of the slide table 10 is only the upper net 9, and the arm 23 on the driving side is located near the horizontal line passing through the center of the shaft 22. When passing through, there is a possibility that the arm on the driven side does not swing in the same direction and moves back. According to the second embodiment:
This drawback can be prevented by the second arm 23b, and the movements of the front and rear arms can be reliably matched.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the net shelf 9 on which food is placed can be taken in and out of the heating chamber in conjunction with the opening and closing of the front opening door, making it extremely convenient to place and take out food. Moreover, it is safe and there is no risk of burns even when the various parts are hot after cooking. Next, in the case of cooking using the upper and lower electric heaters 7 and 8, the upper rack 9 on which the food is placed can be maintained at a height that allows it to evenly receive the heat from the upper and lower heaters. On the other hand, in the case of high-frequency heating, the mounting table can be moved downward to maximize the height of the food to be mounted. In addition, the parallel metal wires 28 and 29 of the upper and lower two-stage upper and lower mesh shelves 9 and 27 are arranged orthogonally so that frequently used containers such as tea arms can be stably placed. Each metal wire is formed into a wavy shape, and the wavy peaks 2
8a and 29a can be made to have the same height. Moreover, the height of the net shelf can be changed by one-touch operation of the operating rod 25 provided at the front end of the sliding table 10.
By swinging the arm 23 on which the net shelf is placed equally up and down from the horizontal line passing through its pivot point 22, there is no displacement in the front-back direction of the upper net 9 that moves up and down.
There is no chance of it hitting the back wall or door of the heating chamber. Also,
Since both the upper mesh shelf 9 and the lower mesh shelf 27 are removable, they can be removed and washed even if food gets dirty, and the bottom of the heating chamber can be cleaned.
