(1) 発明の技術分野
本発明は天井に取付けられて、室内空気の換気

口部を通して室内側より行ないその後排気管と換
気扇外箱の排気口との接続作業を天井裏で行なわ
なければならず、総じて取付及び取外し作業が面
倒で、且つ保守、点検も困難であつた。特に最近
の住宅設計の傾向として天井裏の空間(高さ)が
非常に狭隘化している住宅工事の現状では最初に
天井裏の配管を実施し、ダクト用換気扇の取付は
工事の終りの時期に行なわれるため、上記の欠点

まず、本発明の第1の実施例につき第1図ない
し第4図を参照して説明する。第1図および第2
図において1は外箱で下面に開口部を有する筐体
より成り、下部四辺を外方に90゜折曲げ取付孔2
を有する取付部3を形成している。外箱1の天部
略中央にはモータ4を収納する孔5を有してお
り、外箱1の内部に前記モータ4、フアン6より
成るフアン装置7をねじ8により取着している。
また第2図に示す天部右側には側面に達する長方
形の角孔9を形成し、右側面には角孔9に連通し
角孔9の幅を直径とする略半円形の丸孔10を形
成しており、これら角孔9及び丸孔10により排
気口11を成している。また丸孔10の内側には
シール部材12を装着し、後述する排気管を載置
する。そして角孔9の中間部右側面寄りには両側
より対向して側面と平行な位置規制片13,13
が突出している。また角孔9の外側には一方に後
述する排気管取付蓋14の一端を枢支する略
「二」字状の長孔15,15を、他方には排気管
取付蓋14の他端を固着するときに用いる取付孔
16,16を有している。また外箱1の天部外面
には角孔9の外周に長孔15、取付孔16に対応
する孔を有するシール部材17を貼着しており、
排気口11、シール部材12及び17、位置規制
片13にて排気管取付座18を構成している。排
気管取付蓋14は第3図に示す様に外箱1の丸孔
10とほぼ同じ直径の略半円形の胴部19を有し
ており、この胴部19の長手方向の一端(第3図
左側)は閉塞されており、他端は開口して開口端
内側にはシール部材20を貼着している。また胴
部19の半径方向の一端は略直角に折曲げられ
て、取付ねじ孔21を有する取付部22を形成
し、他端は長孔15に対応する舌片23を形成し
て、第4図に示すように取付状態において長孔1
5,15を貫通して円形に成形されている。この
ため排気管取付蓋14は外箱1に対して分離され
ず且つ舌片23を中心に回動可能に取付けられて
いる。また胴部19の内側、舌片23寄りには排
気管取付蓋14を回動操作するためのつまみ24
が設けてある。そして後述する排気管は、排気管
取付座18の上に載置され、排気管取付蓋14が
回動して排気管を覆うように取付けられ、ねじ2
5で排気管取付蓋14の取付部22を締め付ける
ことによつて排気管は気密に挾着される。また、

第1項に記載のダクト用換気扇。[Scope of Claims] 1. A ventilation fan for a duct, characterized in that an exhaust pipe and an exhaust port are connected by sandwiching the exhaust pipe between the two parts. 2.
