に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a roller-type furnace conveyor with a large number of rollers arranged in parallel is installed inside a tunnel-shaped furnace body, and the materials to be fired mounted on the furnace conveyor are conveyed in one direction. The present invention relates to a device for arranging fired products in a fixed array in a roller tunnel furnace for continuous firing.

製品を整列させる必要がある。 When firing flat objects such as tiles in a roller tunnel furnace, they are transported directly onto a roller conveyor installed in the furnace and fired continuously without using saggers or floor plates. However, since each roller that makes up the roller conveyor installed in the furnace is bent due to thermal deformation, it is necessary to avoid changes in the posture and mutual positional relationship of the objects to be fired during conveyance. Therefore, in order to transfer the baked products onto a narrow belt conveyor and transport them to a boxing position, it is necessary to line up the products at the exit side of the roller conveyor.

つた。 For this reason, even in conventional roller tunnel furnaces, a roller conveyor with a high conveyance speed is connected to the exit side of the roller conveyor installed inside the furnace.
When transferring to this carry-out conveyor, the distance between the products in the conveyance direction is widened, and an alignment plate is provided on the downstream side of the carry-out conveyor that protrudes from below the conveyance surface at regular intervals, and the top of the conveyor is Aligning devices are used that align moving products by hitting them against the alignment plate and eject them intermittently, but with such an alignment plate alone, there is a risk that a following product will collide with the product during alignment. There were cases where the products were stacked on top of each other, or the moving products were pushed up by the alignment plate and blocked in an inclined position, resulting in the products being discharged in an uneven state.

This unloading conveyor 8 consists of a first conveyor 9 that is continuous with the in-furnace conveyor 4 and a second conveyor 10 that is continuous in the forward direction in the conveyance direction. , 13 at equal intervals and rotatably supported at both ends by bearings 14, 14, each roller 11 constituting the first conveyor 9 is fixed to one end. An endless chain 17 is stretched around the sprocket 15 and is driven by a motor 19 to rotate in the counterclockwise direction in FIG. Endless chain 18 is spanned,
Although they are driven by a motor 20 and rotate in the same direction, the first conveyor 9 has a higher conveyance speed than the in-furnace conveyor 4, and the second conveyor 10 is set to have a higher speed than the first conveyor 9.

7, the shaft 24 continuously rotates in one direction at a slow speed, and the inner lifting rod 35 and the second cam 30 engage with each other, and the outer lifting rod 36 and the third cam 31 engage with each other. As a result, the upper and lower horizontal rods 37 and 38 are raised and lowered in opposite directions, and the corresponding lower blocking plate 39 and upper blocking plate 40 are moved at regular intervals, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the retraction of the conveyance surface vertically and the forward movement of the conveyance surface so that they come into contact with each other at a height slightly above the conveyance surface are alternately repeated, and the lever 46 engages with the first cam 29. As a result, the arm 44 swings around the shaft 42, and the alignment plate 45 fixed to its tip aligns with the rollers 12, 12.
After the upper and lower blocking plates 39, 40 are expanded, the grooves pass through the gap and project onto the conveying surface of the carry-out conveyor 10, and retreat below the conveying surface before the upper and lower blocking plates 39, 40 come into contact with each other. It's getting old.

When the upper and lower blocking plates 39 and 40 are spaced apart from each other, the object is transferred to the second conveyor 10 through them, and is conveyed at an increased speed until it hits the alignment plate 45 and is temporarily stopped. After the products a that have been stored and conveyed side by side are aligned in a horizontal line, the alignment plate 45 is retracted downward, and the aligned fine products a flow down on the second conveyor 10 and are carried out.

When the products 9 and 40 are in contact with each other, the product a carried by the first conveyor 9 hits these blocking plates 39 and 40 and is prevented from traveling, and the alignment plate 45 protrudes above the conveyance surface. 0 move toward each other, the product a is pushed up from below by the lower blocking plate 39 protruding above the conveyance surface, and the upper end surface of the lower blocking plate 39 and the upper blocking plate 40 The upper blocking plate 40
The upper end surface of the lower blocking plate 39 is located at a height slightly above the conveyance surface, and the blocking plate 39,
Since the upper end surface and lower end surface of 40 are approximately parallel to the conveyance surface as shown in FIG. Flowing down to the 45 side is prevented.
Therefore, even if the succeeding product a catches up with the preceding product a, which is held so as not to flow down, the upper part of the front end surface of the succeeding product a comes into contact with the lower part of the rear end surface of the preceding product a. Since it stops moving in this state, it does not run on top of the preceding product a or go under it.

することができる効果がある。 As specifically explained in the above embodiment,
The product alignment device for a roller tunnel furnace of the present invention includes:
A roller-type furnace in which a roller-type furnace conveyor with many rollers arranged in parallel is installed inside a tunnel-shaped furnace body, and the materials to be fired carried on the furnace conveyor are conveyed in one direction and fired continuously. In a tunnel furnace, there is a first roller-type conveyor connected to the in-furnace conveyor on the exit side of the in-furnace conveyor, and a roller-type first conveyor connected to the downstream end of the first conveyor, which is set at a higher conveyance speed than the first conveyor. Roller type second
A delivery conveyor consisting of a conveyor is installed in series, and the first
At the connection between the conveyor and the second conveyor, there is a lower blocking plate that moves upward from below the conveyance surface to a blocking position where the upper end protrudes slightly above the conveyance surface, and from above the conveyance surface. An upper blocking plate is provided that moves downward together with the upward movement of the lower blocking plate to allow the lower end surface to advance to a position where it comes into contact with the upper end surface of the lower blocking plate at the blocking position. An alignment member is provided at the downstream position of the oven to temporarily stop the flow of the baked products and align them, and the products can be placed against the sides of both the upper and lower blocking plates, or between the upper and lower blocking plates from the conveying surface. The gist is that the product is held in a slightly floating state to temporarily block the flow of the product and restrict the amount of product flowing down to the alignment member. Since the amount of flow is regulated by the blocking plate, the problem of a subsequent product colliding with and riding on a product that has stopped due to hitting the alignment member is eliminated, and it is possible to reliably align the product after firing. In addition, when the lower blocking plate pushes up the product from below, the product can be held slightly above the conveyance surface between it and the upper blocking plate. Even if a succeeding product catches up to a preceding product that is being held against the handle, it is effective in preventing the succeeding product from climbing on top of the preceding product.
