However, this type of product packaging is very costly as each product is packaged one by one. Moreover, when the product is delivered to the customer, once the packaging is unpacked, the packaging material that was unpacked is no longer needed, and the packaging is I have trouble processing the materials. This has the disadvantage that when a large quantity is delivered to a customer such as a building company, in particular, unpacking and processing of the packaging materials requires a great deal of effort.

Lower end girder 18, 19 installed between 5 and 17, intermediate cross beam 2 installed between main pillars 14, 15 and 16, 17
0, 21, and upper cross beams 22, 23, which are integrally constructed. 24 is the lower gable beam 1
8, 19, a lower receiving part 25, 26, consisting of a pair of plates 24a, 24b for receiving and loading the shoulder 5a of the duct connection port 5 of the air conditioner so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction; Reference numerals 27 and 28 are stand supports which are installed near both ends of the lower cross beams 12 and 13 and are used to place another container, and 29 and 30 are stand supports which are used as stands when placing another container. In other words, when a number of containers are folded up and placed, the next carriers 29 and 30 of another container are fitted into the next carriers 25, 26, 27, and 28. Further, the next fixtures 29 and 30 are fixed below the lower cross beams 12 and 13. 31 is an intermediate support, and this intermediate support 31 has intermediate gable beams 32 and 33,
It consists of an intermediate receiving part 34, and this intermediate end beam 32, 3
3 and an intermediate receiving part 34 whose both ends are constructed between the beams are fixed integrally. The intermediate receiving portions 34 form a pair to receive the respective shoulders 4a and 5a of the duct connection ports 4 and 5 as shown in FIG. Support holders 35 and 36 are provided at both ends of the intermediate end beam 32, and the support holders 35 and 36 are hooked onto the intermediate cross beams 20 and 21. Similarly 37, 38
Reference numerals 38 (not shown) are support holders provided at both ends of the intermediate end beam 33, which are hooked onto the intermediate cross beams 20 and 21. 39 is an upper support, and this upper support 39 consists of upper end beams 40, 41 and an upper holder 42 with both ends installed between the upper end beams 40, 41 and a plurality of upper holders 42. Fixed and integrally constructed. The upper holders 42 form a pair to receive the shoulder 4a of the duct connection port 4 of the main body 1, which has the intermediate receiving portion 34 receiving the duct connection port 5 as shown in FIG. 43 and 44 are provided at both ends of the upper end beam 40, and the upper support 39
These support holders 43 and 44 can be hooked onto the upper cross beams 22 and 23. Similarly, 45 and 46 are support holders provided at both ends of the upper end beam 41, which are hooked onto the upper cross beams 22 and 23 to hold the upper support 3.
Hold 9. 43a, 44a, 45a, 46a
A support tool is provided to hang down integrally from both ends of the lower surface of each upper gable beam 40, 41, and is used to support the upper gable when folded. 47 is at the top and is the main body 1 of the air conditioner.
Both ends are fixed to the upper gables 40, 41 by the holding part top plate which becomes a cover for the duct connection port 4 when loaded. 48, 49, 50, 51 at the time of delivery to the site,
In order to suspend the entire base 7 with a crane or the like, hanging fittings fixed (welded) to both ends of the upper beams 22, 23, 52, 53, 54, 55 are the wheels 8,
Seats 9, 10, and 11, and wheel seats that also serve as reinforcement.
(55 is not shown), 56, 57, 58, 59 are hinge covers provided below the four main pillars 14, 15, 16, 17, and are provided as covers to become the main pillars when assembled. Handles 60, 61, 62, respectively
63 are provided. Each of the hinge covers 60 to 6
Since the folding devices 64, 64a in 3 are all the same, one of them will be explained with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8. 65
is a lower mounting plate fixed to the lower main pillar 14, 66 is an upper mounting plate fixed to the upper main pillar 14, 67 and 68 are a pair of lower support plates erected from the lower mounting plate 65, 69, 7
0 is a pair of upper support plates erected from the upper mounting plate 66;
These upper and lower support plates 67, 68, 69, and 70 are fixed by welding 71. 72 is a support pin, and this support pin 72 has holes 73 provided in the upper support plates 69 and 70 and holes 74 provided in the lower support plates 67 and 68.
The support pin 72 is inserted into the support pin 72 and is prevented from coming off by the flanges 75 and 76, and is rotatably connected. or,
In the folding devices 64 provided on the main columns 14 and 16 shown in FIG. 6, the dimensions A and B from the bottom to the folding devices 64 are such that B is larger than A by the width C of the main column 16. As a result, equilibrium is reached when the folding is completed. Further, the folding devices 64a in the main pillars 15 and 17 are also similar to 64 described above.

Since the support pin 72 is rotatable as shown in the figure, the main columns 14 and 15 in FIG. 6 easily fall inward, and the main columns 16 and 17 also fall inward in the same way. be. At this time, the B dimension in FIG. 6 is made larger than the A dimension by the width C, so that the folding is completed so that the folding is balanced. When one container is folded in this way, the next container 6 will be stacked on top of the previous container, so at this time, the next container 6, as shown in FIG.
The next fixture (29 in FIG. 3) of another container is stacked on top of 26, 27, and 28.
