大要因となつていた。特に複数種のパレツトの構
成板を見比べた場合、それらの寸法的及び形状模
様的な差異がパレツト全体からみて極く僅かなも
のである場合においても従来では上記した個々独
立的な不経済な製造手段が採用され、コストアツ
プを招いていたのであり、これが樹脂パレツトの
普及を妨げる根本原因となつていた。

て構成することができるようにする点に目的を有
し、その目的達成のためになされた本発明の成形
方法の特徴は、合成樹脂パレツトを構成する構成
盤の側辺部分の成形用型枠部分の金型本体に対す
る位置を変える、または、複数種の型枠部分9を
金型本体8に対して付け替えることにあり、この
ような成形方法は言わば複数種のパレツトの構成
板の寸法及び形状模様面での最大公約数を求め、
その最大公約数に相当する部分の成形に必要な金
型を共通の設備とし、これに相異するパレツトの
構成板を構成させる上で前述のように種々の変化
が要求される側辺部分の成形に必要な可動型枠部
分を組合せることで、全体として形状模様及び寸
法のうち、少なくとも寸法が異なる複数のパレツ
トの構成板を得ようとするもので、金型を含め製
造設備に対する投資費用の削減を目標とし、これ
に向かつて最大限の工夫を凝らしたものである。

提供でき、それ故に木製や金属製のものに比べ耐
久面、性能面で勝れている樹脂パレツトの普及度
を高める上でも頗る有用な結果が得られるに至つ
た。

ム7の数、大きさ、配置〕及び縦巾寸法×横巾寸
法(X・Y)が互いに等しい、即ち、合同形のも
