るようにしたもの、(3)造管流れ方向に沿う水平軸
のまわりに上下左右四方に夫々成形ロール組付品
を備え、前記水平軸を軸として90度ずつ直面内に
回転させて1組付品単位で交換可能としたものお
よび、(4)造管流れ方向に対して左右に1組宛の成
形ロール組付品を備え、これら2個の組付品は同
一ベツドを有し、該ベツドはベース上を左右に摺
動可能とされ、運転時には何れか1個の組付品が
造管ライン上に位置するようにしたもの等があつ

発明が解決しようとする問題点
併し乍ら上記の従来の製造によると、(1)の場
合、被駆動側スタンドを取り外してロールを取替
えるのに多大な時間と労力がかかり、その間、造
管機は停止するので生産性が低い。(2)の場合には
造管サイズ毎に予備の組付品を夫々1個宛備えて
おくことは保管場所等の関係から困難なため、必
要に応じて予備のスタンドに所要径のロールを装
着して交換せざるを得ず、前記と同様生産性が低
下する。また(3)では、停止時間が少なくなる効果
はあるが設備が大がかりとなり、最大限、4種類
の径の組付品しか用意しておけない。更に、(4)で
も前記(3)と同様左右に摺動させるための広い場所
を必要とし、2種類の径の組付品しか用意でき
ず、他の径のロールが必要な場合には矢張り、前
記(1),(2)と同様に停止時間が長くなる等の問題点

時間を短縮でき、それにともなう造管機の稼動率
が大幅に向上した。そのうえ、本発明によると、
大がかりな設備を必要とせずまた、広い据付面積
も不要となる。更に、予備品として、取替用のロ
ールのみを用意しておけば足りるので補修費が大
