Description
イ 発明の目的
[産業上の利用分野]
本発明は、青森県産ヒバ由来天然ヒノキチオー
ル及びβ−ドラブリンを用いた生体及び各種用具
の消毒・殺菌に関するものである。下記に両物質
の化学構造式を示す。
[従来の技術]
従来使用されている消毒・殺菌剤の多くは、毒
性の強い化学合成品であり、生体ばかりでなく環
境に対しての悪影響も心配される欠点がある。ま
た、中には使用中の消毒・殺菌剤の取り替えを忘
れたり、生体の悪影響を考えるあまり薬剤濃度を
低くしすぎて消毒・殺菌剤そのものが汚染源とな
る欠点もあつた。さらにまた、近年、日和見感染
症の原因菌として医学上問題となつている緑膿菌
や霊菌には効力を発揮する薬剤が少ない欠点があ
つた。
ロ 発明の構成
[問題点を解決するための手段]
そこで本発明は、これらの欠点を考慮し、青森
県産ヒバ由来ヒノキチオール及びβ−ドラブリン
混合液を用いて、高い抗菌作用と広域抗菌スペク
トルを持ち、しかも毒性が低く環境汚染の無い安
価な天然物質による消毒・殺菌剤の提供を図るも
のである。
[作用]
青森県産ヒバ廃材を水蒸気蒸留後処理して得ら
れた天然のヒノキチオール及びβ−ドラブリンの
混合物質について、各種細菌、カビ等に対する抗
菌性試験を最少発育阻止濃度(MIC)測定法に
よつて行つたところ、表1のとおり強い抗菌性と
広域抗菌スペクトルを有することが明らかとなつ
た。
[実施例]
以下、発明の実施例を示す。
実施例 (1)
青森県産ヒバ由来ヒノキチオール及びβ−ドラ
ブリン混合物1gを、水1000mlに溶解してこれを
原液とし、原液1部に水4部を加え、ポリ瓶に入
れ消毒・殺菌剤とする。

Furthermore, there is a drawback in that there are few effective drugs against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Mycobacterium erectileum, which have recently become a medical problem as causative agents of opportunistic infections. Structure of the Invention [Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, in consideration of these drawbacks, the present invention uses a mixed solution of hinokitiol and β-drabulin derived from Hiba produced in Aomori Prefecture to achieve high antibacterial activity and a broad spectrum antibacterial spectrum. The purpose is to provide a disinfectant and disinfectant made of natural substances that are durable, have low toxicity, do not pollute the environment, and are inexpensive. 実施例 (3)
青森県産ヒバ由来ヒノキチオール及びβ−ドラ
ブリン混合物を0.005%水溶液で大豆、小豆、小
麦などを洗浄する。
ハ 発明の効果
以上のごとく、実施例にしたがつて実験を行つ
た結果、表2のとおり顕著な効果が認められた。
この消毒・殺菌剤は植物由来の天然物を用いる
ので毒性が極めて弱く、環境汚染の問題もなく、
手軽に使用できる特徴がある。また、本剤は広域
抗菌スペクトルを持ち、しかも各種菌に対する
MIC値が低いので少ない量で多大な消毒・殺菌
