The present invention relates to a dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner. More specifically, the present invention relates to a dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner that has excellent air permeability, dust collection performance, and paper strength. In recent years, vacuum cleaners that use disposable paper bags have been used in Japan as well. It needs to be strong enough to be practical as a bag while not allowing fine dust to pass through. Conventionally, this type of bag paper is made by a method in which paper is made by blending rayon fiber or the like as an air permeability adjusting material with wood pulp. However, it is difficult to create a dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner with excellent air permeability, dust collection performance, and paper strength by simply selecting papermaking raw materials. That is, if paper is made by selecting papermaking raw materials to obtain a dust collection bag with excellent air permeability, fine dust will pass through the bag during suction and the dust collection performance of the bag will deteriorate. We selected papermaking raw materials to improve the bag's dust collection performance,
If paper is made to have only micropores, fine dust will adhere to the inner wall of the bag during suction and cause clogging, resulting in a loss of air permeability and a significant loss in the bag's dust collection performance. It turns out. In addition, if the papermaking raw materials are selected, blended, and beaten to have sufficient paper strength to avoid damage when attaching, detaching, or suctioning the dust collection bag to a vacuum cleaner,
Air permeability becomes insufficient and dust collection performance deteriorates. An object of the present invention is to provide a dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner that solves the above problems. Another object of the present invention is to provide a dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner that better solves the above-mentioned problems by selecting papermaking raw materials in an appropriate blending ratio. That is, to summarize the present invention, the present invention is an invention of a dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner, which contains at least 55% moisture.
A bag made from a paper sheet that has been dried until the moisture content is 10% or less by contacting only one side of a wet paper containing It is characterized in that it is a component. Wet paper with a moisture content of 55% or more is fragile, so if only one side of the wet paper is brought into contact with the mirror surface of a cylinder dryer and dried, the mirror-contacting surface of the paper will become a glossy, smooth surface. Become. The inventors created a dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner with this smooth surface on the inside, and when the dust is sucked, there is no clogging due to fine dust, and the bag has excellent dust collection performance with excellent ventilation and dust collection. It was found that bags can be obtained. The reason for this is not clear, but it is thought that one reason is that the inner wall of the dust collection bag is smooth, so even if fine dust adheres to it, it easily falls off due to vibrations of the vacuum cleaner or the like. Another reason is that the pore diameter on the smooth surface side is small and the pore diameter on the non-smooth surface side is large, so there is less penetration of fine dust into the pores, which is thought to make it difficult for clogging to occur. Ru. In the present invention, the optimal raw material for forming wet paper web is one consisting of 25 to 70% by weight of bast fibrous pulp, 10 to 50% by weight of rayon, and 5 to 40% by weight of wood pulp. As the bast fibrous pulp, hemp, kozo, mitsumata, and kenaf are mainly blended to impart appropriate strength. If the amount is more than 70% by weight, air permeability will decrease, and if it is less than 25% by weight, appropriate strength will not be obtained, which is not desirable. Rayon is about 3
It is cut to ~8mm, and in order to maintain appropriate breathability, the range of 10 to 60% by weight is desirable.
If it exceeds 60% by weight, air permeability will be excessive and appropriate strength will not be obtained. As the wood pulp, various pulps such as ground wood pulp, semi-chemical pulp, chemical pulp, and among chemical pulps, sulfite pulp and kraft pulp can be used, but kraft pulp is the most desirable. If the wood pulp content exceeds 40% by weight, air permeability decreases, which is not desirable. In the present invention, raw materials for forming wet paper include internal fillers such as calcium carbonate, clay, and talc, paper strength enhancers such as polyvinyl alcohol, melamine resin, formaldehyde resin, and polyamide resin, and others. Even if sizing agents, etc. are added as appropriate

It is possible to make extremely excellent dust collection bags.
