The wrinkles provided to give an aesthetic effect to the surface of conventional general vehicle seats have been provided by suspending a large number of hanging members (strings) at predetermined positions on the back surface of the skin member. That is, by passing the hanging member sewn onto the skin member through a hole opened in the vertical direction of the patch material and tying it to a fixing member on which the patch material is placed, the skin member is suspended and wrinkles are removed. It was occurring. Therefore, work efficiency is extremely high because it is necessary to perform work such as sewing the hanging member to the skin member, tying the hanging member to the fixing member, and inserting the patch material into the hanging member. There was a bad problem.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate such problems, and its basic structure is to provide a recess on the surface of the patch material on which the skin member is to be covered, and to press the skin member into the recess and adhere the adhesive member. Decorative wrinkles are provided on the periphery of the peripheral skin member. That is, since the skin member is simply provided by adhesion without creating wrinkles by suspending the skin as in the past, the conventional hanging work is no longer necessary, and workability can be improved.

An annular (quadrangular) recess a1 is bored on the surface of the patch material a. The illustrated recess a1 is formed in the shape of a long groove, and at the intersection thereof is formed into a recess having the size of a button provided on the surface of the sheet. Note that a plurality of recesses a1 may be provided independently on the surface of the pad material a.

The skin member b has a concave portion a1 in the pad material a.
A concave b1 is formed by welding the outer skin 1, the foam layer 2, and the lining fabric 3 together by high-frequency welding at the corresponding part, and the outer shape of the button is formed at the intersection of the concave b1. The button 1a is formed by welding to the button 1a.

Then, an adhesive c such as hot melt is applied to the recess a1 of the patch material a, and then the skin member b is placed on the surface of the patch material a, and the back surface of the recess b1 of the skin member b is covered with the patch material. It is pushed into the recess a1 of a and is pressed to adhere the skin member b. After that, the end of the skin member b is fixed to the wire 4 buried in the bottom of the patch material a using a suitable method such as a hook ring 5.
The sheet A is formed by placing and fixing it in a saucer-shaped frame d. When bonding the skin member b, at the same time, the button 1a point of the skin member a is adhesively fixed to the button-shaped recess provided at the intersection of the recess a1 of the patch material a.

5 and 6 show a second embodiment, in which a skin member b' made of a single piece of woven cloth or synthetic resin leather is used, and like the previous embodiment, a ring-shaped skin member b' is used. After applying the adhesive c into the recess a1 of the patch material a drilled in the hole, the skin member is placed over the patch material a.
b' is pressed into the concave portion a1 and adhered, and decorative wrinkles are provided along the bonded portion (FIG. 5).

(2) Moreover, unlike conventional hanging methods, it is difficult to hang the hanging amount at a constant level, so the decorative wrinkles are not constant, but according to the present invention, the concave portions of the patch material can be made constant. Such defects can be removed.

(3) しかも従来の吊込困難な場所(例えば吊込部

(3) Moreover, decorative wrinkles can be provided on the sheet as desired, such as in places where it is difficult to hang the sheet (for example, above a place where a fixing member for fixing the hanging member is not provided).

(4) 更にシートの表面に凹部と装飾用皺は同時に

(5) In addition, in the present invention, a recess is provided on the surface of the patch material, an adhesive is provided in the recess, and the skin member is pushed into the recess and bonded, so that the adhesive does not diffuse from the recess to the outside. Glue the skin parts,
Decorative wrinkles can be formed around the adhesive point. Therefore, decorative wrinkles can be formed along the shape of the recesses provided on the surface of the patch material.
Compared to the decorative wrinkles formed by hanging the epidermis, a desired shape can be formed.

That is, for example, by making the concave shape of the patch material into a flat annular concave groove, certain decorative wrinkles can be formed along the concave groove, but when the part is suspended, only the suspended part is decorated independently. Only decorative wrinkles are formed, and continuous and uniform decorative wrinkles cannot be formed as in the present invention.
