Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention A single filter press does not have a filter frame, but has a recess in the center of the filter plate, and the recess is used as a filter chamber. Conventionally, two filter cloths are sandwiched between each filter plate, and a filtration operation is performed by supplying slurry, which is a liquid to be filtered, between the filter cloths. Two methods are used to supply slurry between these two filter cloths. Specifically, one is such that the slurry supply port communicates with all the filter plates, the openings of the two filter cloths between each filter plate, and the openings of each supply plate provided between these two filter cloths. The slurry is supplied to each filter chamber through an opening provided on the lower side of the supply plate, and all the filter chambers are connected to each other. 83275, JP-A No. 54-6176, etc., each chamber has an independent supply port and an opening is provided at the corresponding contact area of only one filter cloth that contacts the supply port, and the gap between each filter plate is It is of the type that is supplied independently to the filter chamber.

When using the former type of feeding method, it is necessary that all the openings of the filter plate and the openings of the filter cloth and the feeding plate all match, and if even one chamber does not match, the slurry will It is not supplied beyond the first part, which results in a decrease in filtration ability, etc. That is, in this type of filter, it is an essential requirement for smooth operation of the filter that all the openings for slurry supply are aligned with each other. For this reason, in this type of filter, the two filter cloths between each filter plate and the supply plate provided between the filter cloths are installed with their openings aligned, and in order to discharge cake, etc. This is an unavoidable structure, as it is necessary to always move the entire filter cloth between each chamber the same distance after opening the chambers to a certain gap. Furthermore, this discharge method moves the entire filter cloth at the same time, so all the cake falls at the same time, so the cake discharge device needs to be large and sturdy, and a large amount of cake can be discharged at once. Handling may cause obstructions such as closures at the outlet etc.
In addition, since all the filter cloths are washed at the same time, a pump with a large capacity is required, and the time required for discharging the cake in the filtration cycle increases, resulting in a reduction in the capacity of the filtration machine. was.

Next, in the latter conventional independent supply method, the upper parts of the two filter cloths between the filter plates are connected to a horizontal horizontal rod, which is moved up and down, so that while the filter plates are moved, The cake can be discharged without the whole amount of cake falling at once as in the former type, and therefore the cake discharge device can be small. However, when the two filter cloths between the filter plates are opened when the filter plates are moved, tension may be generated in these filter cloths or the wire or pulling device used to pull them up, causing stress to be applied to them. However, there were disadvantages such as the stress applied to the two filter cloths on the adjacent filter plate surfaces was different.

Conventionally, in the independent supply system,
As in No. 75711, the space between the filter plates is opened, and at the same time, the upper part of the two filter cloths between the filter plates are joined, and the lower part of the filter cloth is opened, and the cake is peeled off by tension or impact applied to the filter cloth. It was thought that it would be difficult to remove the cake simply by lowering the filter cloth. However, at present, the cake is compressed using a diaphragm, and the selection of filter aids and filter media has made it easier to remove the cake, reducing cake adhesion to the filter cloth, and eliminating the need to raise and lower the filter cloth each time. However, the cake could be peeled off more easily than the filter cloth. In addition, when employing the above-mentioned compression diaphragm, it became possible to adopt a structure in which the diaphragm is provided only on one of the adjacent filter surfaces, and the other surface only supports the filter cloth. .

The filter plate usually has a rectangular shape, and the filter plate 1A has a large number of protrusions 3 in a central recess (filter chamber) to support the filter cloth. The filter plate 1B has a flat recess in the center and has no protrusions, but both sides of the filter plate are made of an elastic material for cake compression, and the opposite side in contact with the filter plate has a filter cloth support. A diaphragm 2 having a large number of protrusions 4 is attached thereto. These filter plates 1A and 1
B may be used alternately, and as shown in Fig. 2, a filter plate 1 having a large number of protrusions 3 on only one surface, the other surface being flat, and a diaphragm attached to this flat surface.
C may also be used. The filter plate 1A is provided with a slurry supply port 5 and a filtrate discharge port 6, each of which communicates with the outside. The filter cloth attached to each filter plate is mainly made of synthetic fiber and has a belt shape with a constant width. The upper part is attached to a nearly horizontal horizontal bar 8, and the lower part is fixed to a take-up roll 10 etc. via a return roller 9. has been done. One of the methods for raising and lowering the filter cloth is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No.
As detailed in No. 55-54007 (Japanese Patent Application No. 53-128874), briefly stated, the filter cloth is always pulled downward by the lower take-up roller 10. In order to pull it up along the same line, as shown in FIG. Then, by fixing the movable pulley to the tip of the fluid pressure cylinder 13 and injecting pressurized fluid into the cylinder 13, the filter cloth that has been wound around the lower winding roller is rewound to the filter surface. When the filter cloth is lowered, the fluid pressure in the cylinder 13 is lowered so that the filter cloth is wound up by a lower winding roller and lowered.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description, in the single filter press of the present invention, the filter cloth and the string are combined into an endless feeding body with the horizontal bar and the lifting fitting interposed, and are tied to the lifting fitting. The filter cloth drive mechanism is simple because the filter cloth is transported downward by pulling up the lifting metal using a lifting wire, and the filter cloth is transported upward by the weight of the lifting metal. The structure around the filter plate is simplified, and since it handles slurry, there are fewer contaminated parts of the equipment, which tend to get dirty, and maintenance management such as cleaning becomes easier, contributing to environmental improvement and reducing equipment manufacturing costs. , it is possible to reduce maintenance costs.
