Conventionally, it has been proposed to provide wart-like projections or horizontal striped irregularities on the pole surface itself as concrete poles to prevent stickers, but there is no suitable manufacturing method for providing projections etc. on the pole itself. . For this reason, generally a rubber, synthetic resin, metal plate, etc. with warts or irregularities on the surface is pasted or attached to the pole after it has been erected. However, rubber and synthetic resins become brittle, and metal plates rust, which not only impairs the aesthetic appearance but also has defects that cause them to peel or fall off over time.
In addition, since the poles are pasted or attached after they are erected, they are dependent on the weather, require a great deal of labor, and have the disadvantage that the installation cost including material costs is quite high.

Other methods for preventing stickers include coating the pole surface with a film that does not adhere with ordinary glue, and incorporating small particles such as sand into this film to improve the sticker prevention effect, but this method However, it loses its effectiveness after one to two years, and has the disadvantage that it must be painted at appropriate intervals.

Therefore, when forming concrete poles, it is best from both cost and maintenance standpoints to make the concrete surface uneven, such as warts or stripes, so that stickers cannot be pasted and are easy to remove.
If a regular formwork is made with irregularities and concrete is poured into the mold, the concrete in the recesses of the formwork will become wedges and cannot be removed from the mold. In particular, since regular poles are centrifugal prestressed concrete poles, their formwork is split in half to prevent cement paste from leaking due to centrifugal force, and to maintain the tension of the PC steel bars. The concrete is highly rigid, and no matter how good a mold release agent is applied and there is no adhesive force between the formwork and concrete, the concrete in the recesses of the formwork will become a wedge and the convex surface of the concrete will be destroyed. You cannot remove the mold unless you do so.
Regarding horizontal striped unevenness, at first glance it seems that the convex part of the concrete poured into the recessed part of the formwork can also be released vertically and be removed from the mold, but the prestress introduced during demolding causes the concrete to be elastically deformed in the vertical direction. Therefore, this also cannot be demolded.

Referring to FIG. 1, there is shown an inner mold member 2 for use in the method of the invention, which inner mold member 2 is made of a thin sheet of flexible vinyl chloride with a protrusion 2' and a recess 2''. A galvanized thin iron plate 3' may be attached to the outside of this sheet for reinforcement.Second
The figure shows a state in which the inner mold member 2 is attached to the inner surface of the mold 1, and the mold 1 is a normal mold with flanges 4
and tires 5. In order to attach this inner mold member 2 to the formwork 1, it is attached through a small hole in the formwork 1 using a small bolt 9 and a threaded socket 8, as shown in FIG. 3A. Figure 4 shows a formwork in which the inner mold member 2 is attached to the formwork 1, a reinforcing bar cage is placed in the usual method, concrete is poured, the form is assembled, and the PC steel rods 7 of the shaft bars of the reinforcing bar cage are tensioned. This shows the state when centrifugally molded, and the concrete is sufficiently spread and compacted by centrifugal force up to the recess 2'' of the inner mold member. Then, after steam curing by the usual method, demolding is carried out. First, remove the small bolts 9, release the fixation of the PC steel bar 7 to the formwork, introduce prestress, remove the form setting bolts, and demold.
As shown in FIG. 5, the concrete pole 6 is removed from the mold while being covered with the inner mold member 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the inner mold member 2 is removed from the joint to form a concrete pole 6 having an uneven surface.

As mentioned above, a galvanized thin iron plate 3' is attached to the inner mold member 2 made of a vinyl chloride sheet having appropriate flexibility and rigidity, and is attached to the formwork 1 using small bolts 9 and screw sockets 8. After forming and curing, the small bolts 9 are removed and the mold is demolished, whereby a concrete pole 6 having an uneven surface can be easily obtained. Therefore, how easily the inner mold member 2 can be attached to and removed from the mold 1, whether it is in close contact with the mold when assembled, whether it can be used repeatedly, and how thin it is, etc. This is the main point of the manufacturing method according to the present invention. Therefore, a method for attaching and detaching the inner mold member 2 using magnetic force will be described below.

A magnet mat 3'' is attached to the outer surface of the inner mold member 2 instead of the galvanized iron plate 3', and as shown in FIG. 3B, it is attached to the iron mold frame 1 by its magnetic force and molded as described above. When the upper mold and lower mold are removed and the formwork 1 is lifted up, the weight of the concrete pole 6 is greater than the magnetic force, so the mold is removed with the inner mold member 2 covered, as in the above embodiment. The product is obtained by peeling off the inner mold member 2. Of course, the magnetic mat 3'' should be as thin as possible, and its attachment to the inner mold member 2 is necessary around the inner mold member 2, but on the inside, it is necessary to attach it to the inner mold member 2. It only needs to be in close contact with each other during molding, and it is not necessarily necessary to paste it on the entire surface. In addition, the surface of the magnetic pine is highly wear-resistant and lime-alkaline resistant, and the steam curing temperature is 75%.
It may be made of any material such as rubber or plastic as long as it does not change in quality at ℃. Therefore, it is of course possible to use a magnetic mat provided with a desired uneven pattern. Further, as shown in FIG. 7A, cloth peeling ears 10 are attached to the inner mold member 2, and after the mold is removed as shown in FIG. 7B, the peeling ears 10 are attached as shown in FIG. 7C. If the inner mold member 2 is pulled off by pulling, the inner mold member 2 can be peeled off even more easily. Further, double-sided tape can also be used as a means for attaching the inner mold member 2 when repeated use is not desired.

Next, the area that requires the prevention of pasting is near the ground and is the area where the pole requires the most strength, so it is best to reduce the outside diameter and thickness of the pole by the thickness of the inner mold member 2 there. Undesirable. Therefore, in the above embodiment, the inner mold member 2 has a thickness of just under 2 mm.
Then, a galvanized iron plate 3' with a thickness of about 0.3 mm is attached, or a magnetic mat 3'' with a thickness of just under 1 mm is attached to the inner mold member 2 to make the thickness of the inner mold member 2 as thin as possible, thereby minimizing the decrease in yield strength. Although it is considered that
In case the reduction becomes a problem, countermeasures will be explained with reference to FIG. As shown in Figure 8,
The outer diameter of a part of the body plate of the formwork 1 is increased to provide a formwork enlarged part 1', and the inner mold member 2 is housed in this enlarged part 1', and the production is performed in the same manner as in the above embodiment. For example, the surface of the concrete 6 in contact with the recess 2' of the inner mold member 2 has a shape that protrudes from the surface of the concrete pole 6 in a portion without unevenness, so that there is no reduction in yield strength.

The above example relates to a pole for preventing pasting, but since this manufacturing method can easily produce a hollow prestressed concrete pole with an uneven pattern, it can be used for a structure that has a strength for structural use and can be used for decorative purposes. This can be applied to decorative pillars.
FIG. 9 shows the decorative column during centrifugal molding, and FIG. 10 shows its cross section. These drawings show the head with a larger outer diameter and an octagonal shape,
By changing the outer diameter and shape of the formwork 1, a decorative column of any shape having an uneven pattern on its surface can be manufactured by the same method as in the previous embodiment. Additionally, decorative pillars with different colors can be obtained by changing the cement or aggregate of concrete or adding pigments.
Furthermore, since the inner mold member 2 is a flat plate with an uneven pattern, an application example utilizing this shape will be shown. Said Example 2
As shown in FIG. 11, the inner mold member 2 has a magnet mat 3'' attached thereto, so that the inner mold member 2 has an iron base 11 as shown in FIG.
When expanded upward, it becomes flat due to magnetic force. After spraying a mold release agent such as a silicone resin onto the inner mold member 2, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the paper pattern 1 is
2' and 12'', respectively, and spray a mixture of pigment, cement, and adhesive admixture using sprayers 13' and 13'' in different colors, respectively. If the inner mold member 2 pretreated in this way is attached to the formwork 1 and a concrete pole is manufactured as in the above embodiment, a concrete pole 6 is produced as shown in FIG.
The grid-like recesses on the surface of are plain, and the convex surfaces 14',
14", each with a different color is formed. In this way, the uneven pattern of the inner mold member 2 and the pattern 1
By using the mold patterns such as 2' and 12'' and the coloring of the sprayers 13' and 13'', it is possible to give any color pattern to a decorative column that is cylindrical, polygonal, or has a variable outer diameter as described above. can.

Next, FIGS. 15 to 26 show various forms of the concave-convex pattern of the pole for preventing pasting. These uneven patterns, which are suitable for preventing stickers, have a convex area as small as possible than a concave area and are independent, which inhibits the adhesive performance of the sticker and improves the peeling performance, and improves the aesthetic appearance of the surface. It is important to note that the present invention is not limited to these uneven patterns.

As in the embodiments described above, the present invention attaches a flexible inner mold member 2 with an uneven pattern on the surface to the inside of a formwork 1, pours concrete, performs centrifugal molding, and after removing the mold from the formwork 1, the inner mold member 2 is By the manufacturing method of peeling off the mold member 2, a desired uneven pattern can be applied to the surface of the concrete pole, and it is possible to easily mass-produce not only concrete poles for preventing pasting, but also decorative concrete poles that also serve as structural materials. That's what I did. As a side effect of the present invention, as mentioned in the application example, since the inner mold member 2 easily becomes flat, by covering it with a paper pattern and spraying the coloring material,
A variety of patterns can be displayed on the column surface by combining the uneven pattern, but in addition, the uneven surface of the inner mold member 2 is a shiny surface of plastic such as vinyl chloride, and the concrete pole 6 is Since it is pressed strongly against the surface, the surface has the effect of becoming a glossy surface. In particular, the convex surface of the concrete pole is in contact with the concave surface 2'' of the inner mold member 2,
Unlike the convex surface 2', it is less likely to be scratched or worn out, so there is the practical benefit of easily obtaining a more glossy and beautiful appearance.

In addition, the mold 1 is made magnetic or a required magnet is attached, and the inner mold member 2 made of a polished steel plate or the like with an uneven pattern formed by the magnetic force is attached, and the mold is formed as in the example. The method for peeling off the inner mold member 2 after demolding is also the same as that of Example 2, except that the magnetic material used in the inner mold member 2 is changed to the mold frame 1, and naturally falls within the technical scope of the present invention.
