It is difficult to obtain wall materials for high side walls. Moreover, it is difficult to obtain a stable product because it tends to cause unevenness in wall thickness and a decrease in strength due to shrinkage.

The four corners of a rectangular metal plate are cut out in an arc shape, and an appropriate number of cuts with a depth of less than half the height of the side wall are made on the curved edges of the arc at the four corners, and adjacent By cutting a hole in the middle of the cut, bending the four sides of the metal plate with these cuts and holes to a certain height, and bending the four corners into an arc, This method is characterized in that a predetermined wall surface material is obtained while absorbing shrinkage due to bending of the metal plate in the cuts and holes.

きる。(B) If shrinkage is absorbed only by a notch on the curved edge, not only must the depth of the notch be equal to the height of the side wall, but also the width must be wide. Therefore, the side wall is divided into many small pieces at the corner portion, resulting in a decrease in strength. However, in the present invention, the strength decrease is prevented by making the depth of the cut less than half the height of the side wall. At the same time, shrinkage in the inner part of the side wall, which is difficult to absorb by reducing the depth of the cut, is absorbed by the holes provided in that part, so the side wall can be used on a wall surface with high height without reducing strength. material can be formed easily and reliably. Moreover, since the above-mentioned openings are formed in the part located between the adjacent notches inside the notch, the shrinkage can be evenly absorbed for the entire corner by these notches and the openings. can.

That is, the left and right side edges of the metal plate 10 are attached to a plurality of mounting tongues 11,
The four corners of the metal plate 10 are cut into an arc shape, and an appropriate number of cuts 13 are cut in the arc-shaped curved edges 12 at the four corners. Moreover, an appropriate number of openings 14 are bored inside the curved edge 12.

(see Figure 5), and the depth and width may be unified to the same size as shown in Figure 2, but they do not necessarily need to be unified; for example, 3
As shown in the figure, it may be formed so that the closer it is located to the center, the wider the width and the greater the depth.

It is not limited to a circular shape as shown in the figure, but can be any shape such as an ellipse, a square, or a rhombus. The openings 14 may have the same size as shown in FIG. 2, but they may be arranged in multiple rows along the curved edge 12 as shown in FIG. The rows can be made larger than the inner rows.

The bending work on the four sides can be performed using a machine such as a bender, and the bending work on the four corners can be performed by a simple drawing process.

The shrinkage difference in the height direction of the side wall 17 is absorbed and alleviated, and the bending can be performed very easily and smoothly. At this time, even if there is a slight gap between the closed portion of the notch 13 and the opening 14, there is no problem in closing the gap because the caulking material is filled.

At this time, the tongue pieces 1 on the left and right edges of the wall material
Since the phases of 1 and 11 are shifted from each other, the tongues of adjacent wall materials do not overlap each other, which makes installation very easy, and even when replacing damaged wall materials. It is convenient because only damaged items can be easily replaced.
