Generally, multiple capacitors are used in CR time constant circuits, CL filter circuits, or noise prevention circuits, and to meet these demands, collective capacitors using ceramic substrates have been developed in some small capacity ranges. has been proposed, but there is no practical example of this for film capacitors with a large capacity and high voltage range, and the method used was to connect the lead wires of individual capacitors prepared as a single unit by wiring. Therefore, it not only requires a large number of connection points, complicates the work, and is expensive, but also has the problem of lack of reliability due to concerns about disconnection and loss characteristics due to connection, so it greatly contributes to improving work efficiency. There has been a strong demand for a highly reliable and low-cost collective film capacitor that has multiple capacitances in a single element.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below. First, the metallized film used in the present invention includes a first comb-shaped single-sided metallized film 4 in which a plurality of vapor-deposited metal parts 3 are connected by a connecting part 2 consisting of a margin part 1 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of vapor-deposited metal parts 6 with margin parts 5 at their tips are placed on the opposite side of the position where the margin parts 5 are formed.
It consists of a second comb-shaped single-sided metallized film 8 connected by a connecting part 7 consisting of an extension of the second comb-shaped metalized film 8. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a plurality of the first comb-shaped single-sided metallized film 4 and the second comb-shaped single-sided metalized film 8 are attached to the vapor-deposited metal part 3 and the vapor-deposited metal part 6 to the margin part 5 and the margin part. A group of laminated elements 10 each protruding from 1 and repeating the stacking means several times alternately with one end having a stacking connection part 9.
form. In addition, as a stacking means in this case, for example, as shown in FIG. The vapor deposited metal part alignment grooves 1 are provided at regular intervals in the direction.
Using a stacking jig 15 with two tips and the other end of the connecting part alignment groove 11 as vapor deposited metal part end face stoppers 13 and 14, the end face of the vapor deposited metal part 3 of the first comb-shaped flat metal film 4 is set as a vapor deposited metal part end face stopper 14.
In addition, stacking accuracy can be easily obtained by stacking the second comb-shaped single-sided metallized film 8 by placing and stacking them alternately so that the end surfaces of the connecting portions 7 are in contact with the end surfaces of the vapor-deposited metal portions and the stoppers 13, respectively. can.

Then, the laminated element group 10 is heated and pressurized, and metallicon electrodes 16 and 17 are formed on the vapor-deposited metal parts 3 and 6 protruding from the margin parts 1 and 5 of the laminated element group 10 as shown in FIG. Then, if necessary, the stacked connection portion 9 is cut so that at least two capacitance portions having one pole as a common electrode are assembled to obtain a collective film capacitor.

According to the method for manufacturing a collective film capacitor configured as described above, a plurality of vapor-deposited metal parts 3
A first comb-shaped single-sided metallized film 4 having a comb-shaped single-sided metallized film 4 and a second comb-shaped single-sided metalized film 8 having a plurality of vapor-deposited metal parts 6 are stacked, and the stacking connection part 9 is cut as necessary so that at least two capacitance parts are assembled. It is possible to extremely efficiently obtain a desired aggregated film capacitor with multiple capacitors in a single element by simply using a single device, and it also eliminates complicated wiring work, which eliminates the need for disconnections due to incomplete wiring and improves reliability. It has the following advantages. In the above embodiments, the first and second comb-shaped single-sided metallized films were explained on the assumption that comb-shaped raw films in which vapor-deposited metal parts were formed in necessary parts were used, but as shown in FIG. A single-sided metallized film 20 on which a vapor-deposited metal part 19 was formed leaving a margin part 18 on one end face in the width direction was cut along the dotted line, and as shown in FIG. If the two-comb-shaped single-sided metallized film 22 is obtained, it is extremely easy to form the comb-shaped single-sided metalized film used in the present invention. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, an example in which an insulating film is not used on the upper and lower surfaces of the stacked element group was explained, but if an insulating film layer is provided as necessary, the effect of protecting the stacked element group from mechanical stress can be obtained. , and further insulating films such as melamine,
If a high melting point film such as epoxy or polysulfon is used, it can be protected from the temperatures caused by reflow soldering when used in hybrid ICs.

As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of vapor-deposited metal parts are connected by a connecting part consisting of a margin part.
A second comb-shaped single-sided metallized film is connected to a comb-shaped single-sided metallized film and a plurality of vapor-deposited metal parts whose tips are margin parts at a connecting part consisting of an extension of the vapor-deposited metal part on the opposite side of the position where the margin part is the margin part. A plurality of sheets are stacked alternately to form metallicon electrodes on both end surfaces protruding from the margin surface of the vapor-deposited metal section, and then stacked as necessary so that at least two capacitance sections with one pole as a common electrode are assembled. By cutting the margin portion, it is possible to provide a method for manufacturing an aggregated film capacitor with high practical value.
