Conventionally, box culverts have been laid one by one using rollers, etc., mainly by hand, because heavy lifting equipment such as cranes cannot be used in narrow tunnels such as subway construction, communal tunnel construction, and construction under bridges. They were installed sequentially from the back of the pit to the front.

In the present invention, a concrete roadbed having a flat convex surface with depressions formed on both shoulders is poured into a mine shaft to form a place for placing a box culvert having a square cross section, and the depressions on both shoulders of the roadbed are Rails are laid within the recesses of both shoulders of the roadbed, each of which has hydraulic jacks at the front and rear, and a vertically elongated truck supported by front and rear wheels is placed. Raise the jacks on the upper truck to straddle the roadbed and place and support the box culvert on both of the trucks, move the truck to transport the box culvert to the installation location, and place the box culvert at the installation location. The above problem is solved by lowering the hydraulic jacks on both trucks to sequentially install the transported box culverts on the surface of the flat convex portion of the concrete roadbed.

FIG. 1 shows a concrete subgrade 1 according to the present invention, which has a flat convex cross-section, the surface of the flat convex portion serving as the installation surface of a box culvert, and which is cast in a mine shaft. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the box culvert 5 is supported by a hydraulic jack 4 provided on the truck 3 of the rail 2.

Referring to FIG. 1, depressions are provided on both shoulders of the concrete roadbed 1, and as shown in FIG. Lay rail 2. As shown in Fig. 3d, the trolley 3 has an elongated shape that is supported by front and rear wheels so that it can move within the recessed part, and a chain attached between the motor and the wheels by a gear mode motor. This allows a self-propelled structure that runs on the rails 2 in the recesses. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the bogie 3 has a height lower than the surface of the flat convex portion of the concrete roadbed 1, and a width somewhat smaller than the width of the shoulder depression of the roadbed 1. . Further, a hydraulic jack 4 is fixed to the truck 3 for supporting and raising and lowering the box culvert by operating a hydraulic pump.

First, as shown in FIG. 3a, a box culvert 5 is placed by a crane or the like on a concrete roadbed 1 which has been cast to extend outside the tunnel and has a flat convex cross section. Next, move the hydraulic jack 4 to the trolley 3.
The box culvert 3 is moved under the box culvert 5 by moving it on the rails 2 in the recesses of both shoulders, as shown in FIG. 3b. Furthermore, at this position, as shown in Figure 3c,
A jack 4 in the truck 3 is driven to lift the box culvert 5 away from the flat convex surface of the concrete roadbed 1 and support it in a straddling state. FIG. 3d is a side view of the supported state.
