水及び大豆粉を投入して両者を混合する装置が豆
腐製造に際し一般に用いられている。上記の粉は
大豆粉のみならず小麦粉、脱脂粉乳等であつて豆
腐製造以外の食品製造業において用いることがで
きる。しかし上記粉状体は第6図に示すように泡
状粒を形成し、泡状粒内の粉は水に溶け難いた
め、泡状粒を掬つて集合させこれを手動で解す作
業が必要であり、しかも泡状粒を完全に解消させ
ることは困難であつた。又軸流撹拌機の回転軸と
直交する多孔板を液槽に固定した混合機があつた
が(実公昭9−773号)、回転軸に設けた撹拌羽根
によつて混合液は旋回しながら軸方向に流動する
ため固定多孔が上記旋回を抑制し該多孔板の流通
抵抗が大きく網目通過による包泡解消は少く流通
抑制撹拌による包泡解消作用が大となり、振動、
騒音が大であり円滑迅速な包泡解消を行うことが
困難であつた。

において、粉状体を投入すると粉状体は上記撹拌
流によつて収容液16と撹拌されて粉状体の微細
粒子は収容液16に濡れて混合液となる。しかし
粉状体の上記投入に際し、小塊状粉状体が泡状粒
11を形成するが、この泡状粒11も回転軸2に
沿つて撹拌流に伴つて流動し上記回転軸2と共に
回転する多孔板5を強制的に通過する際上記泡状
粒11の径が多孔板5の無数の孔の孔径より大で
あるため同泡状粒11は細分され破砕されて解消
し泡状粒11内にあつた各微細粒子はそれぞれ収
容液16に濡れて同液16に混合される。上記多
孔板5は回転羽根3と共に回転軸2によつて回転
するため該羽根3による旋回流は回転している上
記多孔板5を旋回状態のまま通過するもので該多
孔板5が旋回流の旋回を抑制することは少く抑制
による撹拌は少いため上記多孔板5の強制的通過
が容易である。

図に示すような円形外枠8の内部に金網9を張設
してなる多孔板5のボス部10を嵌合支持し、上
記両羽根3,3の中間に第1図及び第4図に示す
ような回転羽根形多孔板5を設けることができ
る。第3図に示す多孔板5の金網9の網目は適宜
選択設計されるが第6図に示す泡状粒11の径よ
り小さいメツシ又は網目のものを用いる。又上記
金網9に代えて多孔打抜板或はラス等でも差支え
ない。このようにした多孔板5はボス部10をセ
ツトボルト12で回転軸2に止着して回転軸2と
共に回転させる。多孔板5は第5図に示すように
上端開口有底籠状に形成しても差支えないし、液
槽1の底面を逆錐形ホツパーに形成することがで
きる。尚図中14で示すものは混合液排出管、1
5は同管14に設けた開閉弁である。
