の塗装が終了したのち、つぎの自動車ボデーの塗

の自動車ボデーの塗装を開始するときは、ベルカ
ツプが高速回転している状態で塗料の吐出が開始
されることになり、塗料粒子の霧化パターンが乱
れ、とくにベルカツプの外周部に塗料粒子が付着
する。このような塗料粒子の付着現象が各ボデー
の塗料開始毎に生じるので、同色塗装を10台ない
し20台続けると、塗料粒子がベルカツプに多量に
付着することになる。ベルカツプにこのように多
量の塗料粒子が付着すると、次色に切替えるばあ
いの塗装機の洗浄の際にベルカツプの洗浄を完全
に行なうのが困難になり、そのため色替後の塗装
中にベルカツプに付着している未洗浄の色替前の
塗料がシエーピングエアーによつて剥がれ落ち、
色替後の塗料と一緒に噴霧されて、いわゆる色ブ
ツなどの塗装不良が発生するなどの不具合があ
る。
