Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、紙を主強度材料とした容器本体とか
ぶせ蓋とよりなる密封容器の改良に関するもので
あり、詳しくは、紙と熱接着性プラスチツクとを
含む積層シートとにより形成した容器本体とかぶ
せ蓋との嵌着熱シール密封を容易とし、その密封
したかぶせ蓋を変形破損を生ずることなく容易に
開蓋し得るものとして、良好な再施蓋使用を可能
にしたものである。

封シール強度がかぶせ蓋の強度以上となり、開蓋
に相当の力を要しかぶせ蓋の変形、破断を伴い易
く、したがつて、爾後はかぶせ蓋としての機能を
喪失してしまう難点があつた。

プラスチツク層とその下層との間に介在した接着
阻害剤帯層を有し、且つそのプラスチツク層が介
在した積層シート部分が鍔の上面全周にわたつて
上方に圧出成形された細巾の環状凸条を有したこ
とを特徴とする熱シール型かぶせ蓋密封紙容器を
要旨とするものである。

の間に介在する接着阻害剤帯層は、その積層シー
ト製造工程において所要範囲に印刷付与し、該接
着阻害剤帯が容器本体の突出鍔の上面巾の全部ま
たは一部を占めて鍔全周にわたつて環状に存在し
得るものとし、さらに該突出鍔は、その巻き締め
圧出成形のさいに、前記の接着阻害剤帯層が介在
した積層シート部分を鍔上面巾以下の細巾の環状
凸条となるように圧出成形したものである。

封が完全容易になされ、また、前記の密封状態の
かぶせ蓋は、容器本体に対し僅かに捩じり回転を
加えることにより、蓋面に細巾接着された熱接着
性のプラスチツク層部分が、接着阻害剤帯層面か
ら分離し、さらに蓋を引き上げることにより、薄
弱な熱接着性のプラスチツク層が伸長破断して、
かぶせ蓋を変形することなく容易に開蓋すること
ができる。

板21の下面と突出鍔8の環状凸条9上面が当接
し第7図に示すように、加熱押型30の環状の突
出端31面で押圧加熱されて、両者の熱接着性プ

な開蓋性をバランスした状態で保持させ、かぶせ
蓋の変形を生じずに開蓋して再び施蓋することが
できるので、特にアイスクリームその他の食品密
封容器として極めて好ましいものが得られる。

その接着阻害剤帯層7が介在した積層シート部分
が鍔の上面全周にわたつて上方に圧出成形された
細巾の環状凸条9を有したことを特徴とする熱シ
