本発明はダイカストマシンや射出成形機などの
成形機において、成形された製品を金型から押出

な押出板5に押出棒6を介して連結され、押出板
5は可動プラテン7と後方の固定プラテン(図示
せず)間に支架されたガイド棒9によつて前後進
自在に案内保持され、この押出板5の往復動によ
り前記押出板2にセツトした押出ピン3を動かし
ている。

ので、鉤部材開閉用部材に製品押出板保持用の鉤
部を有する鉤部材を回動自在に取付け、前記鉤部
材開閉用部材の前後進による鉤部材の開閉によつ
て製品押出板を解放・保持することにより、製品
押出棒の着脱を極めて簡単かつ確実に行い得るよ
うにした成形機用製品押出装置を提供するもので
ある。

説明を省略する。これらの図において、40は複
数個の押出ピン3をセツトしてなる製品押出板、
41は製品押出板40の後方に前後進自在に配設
された鉤部材開閉用部材で、この開閉用部材41
は前記製品押出板40の着脱操作時に開閉シリン
ダ42によつて作動されるように構成されてい
る。すなわち、開閉シリンダ42は押出板5に固
定されて、そのピストンロツド42aを前記押出
板5の孔43および可動プラテン7の孔を貫通さ
せてその先端を前記鉤部材開閉用部材41の背面
中央に連結し、このロツド42aを前後動させる
ことにより前記鉤部材開閉用部材41が作動され
る。鉤部材開閉用部材41の四隅にはそれぞれ製
品押出板保持用の鉤部45を先端部に有して略L
字状に形成された合計4個(但し2つのみ示す)
の鉤部材44が2つずつ互いに対向した状態で回
動自在に配設されており、これら鉤部材44間に
製品押圧板40が挿入されると、前記開閉シリン
ダ42の駆動に伴つて各鉤部材44の鉤部45が
製品押圧板40の四隅表面に係合して該押出板4
0を後述する押圧部材50と協働して保持するよ
うに構成されている。前記鉤部45の内側面と製
品押出板40の背面周縁部は、製品押出板40の
装着を容易にするため斜めに切落されることによ

もので、その四隅には前記鉤部材44の屈曲部が
それぞれ連結ピン51によつて回動自在に連結さ
れている。また、押出部材50の四隅表面にはそ
れぞれ鉤部材開閉用部材41の背面に当接し、製
品押出板40の取外し時に該開閉用部材41を押
圧する押圧部52と、前記鉤部材44を越えて前
記製品押出板40の背面にそれぞれ当接し、該押
出板40の後方への移動を規制するストツパ部5

一体にした状態で取代える場合や、押出ピン3の
損耗等により押出ピン3のみを交換する場合に
は、開閉シリンダ42の作動により鉤部材開閉用
部材41を前進させ、鉤部材44による製品押出
板40の保持状態を解除すればよい。すなわち、
開閉シリンダ42の一方の室aに作動流体を切換
バルブ60を介して供給し、ピストンロツド42
aを前進させると、これと一体に鉤部材開閉用部
材41が前方に移動するため、該開閉用部材41
に連結ピン56を介してそれぞれ連結されている
鉤部材44は他方の連結ピン51を回動中心とし
てそれぞれ第4図中外側の方向に回動して鉤部4
5と製品押出板40との係合を解除する。したが
つて、このとき、可動金型1を可動プラテン1か

は、あらかじめ開閉シリンダ42のロツド42a
をフリーにしておくかもしくは該シリンダ42の
駆動により鉤部材44を開いておき、しかる後製
品押出板40を鉤部材44間に装着する。この
時、ロツド42aをフリーにしておいた場合に
は、鉤部45のテーパ部47に沿つて製品押出板
40が挿入され、鉤部材44が開き、鉤部材44
間への製品押出板40の装着を可能にする。そし
て、この装着の後切換バルブ60を切換えて開閉
シリンダ42の他方の室bに作動流体を供給する
と、ピストンロツド42aが後退するため、鉤部
材開閉用部材41もこれと一体に後退し、前述し
たとは逆に鉤部材44を反時計および時計方向に
回動させる。この結果、各鉤部材44の鉤部45
が製品押出板40の端部表面に係合し、この鉤部
45と前記押出部材50のストツパ部53とで前
