て、燃焼され難く、プラスチツクの完全焼却が困
難である。このように罐体壁面に付着された溶着
プラスチツクが次第に蓄積されてくると、取扱い
も困難となるばかりでなく、充分な熱エネルギー
や燃焼のために必要なエアーの供給が阻害され
て、目的とする完全燃焼や、強力な火力を得るこ
とが困難となるといつた問題点があつた。

ラスチツク廃棄物を順次供給せしめ、さらにその
外釜と内釜との間にバーナーからの燃焼炎及び燃
焼用エアーを供給することにより、内釜上のプラ
スチツク廃棄物を効率よく焼却せしめることがで
きるようにしたプラスチツク廃棄物の焼却装置を
提供することを目的とするものである。

に通じる開口部に形成されている。7は外釜1の
内部中央に位置されている内釜であつて、この内
釜7は、円筒を軸方向に切断してなる略半円筒状
に形成されているものであつて、この内釜7の中
心軸が、外釜1の中心軸と同軸となるように、内
釜支持杆8及び内釜支持杆ステー9によつて固定
されている。10はその内釜7上にプラスチツク
廃棄物を外部より順次供給するための廃棄物投入
管である。前記外釜1の略1/4上半部内側面には、
エアーを内釜7に向けて引き出させるための複数
のブロア吹出口11が、外釜1の軸方向と周方向
の双方に順次ずれるように配設されている。12
はそのブロア引出口11から燃焼エアーを吹き出
さしめるためのエアー供給管を示す。また上記外
釜1の略1/4下半部内側面には、燃焼炎を内釜7
に向けて吹き出させるための複数の重油バーナー
13が、外釜1の軸方向と周方向の双方に順次ず
れるようにして配設されているものである。

釜7の全体に向けてバーナーからの炎及びエアー
を吹き当てて、該内釜7全体を高温度に加熱する
構造であるから、この内釜7上のプラスチツク廃
棄物の完全燃焼がなされ、排気公害が皆無とな
り、さらには強力な燃焼火力を得ることができ
る。またこの燃焼装置によれば外釜と内釜を備
え、その内釜を高温に加熱するようにしたもので
あるから、外釜の加熱温度が比較的低く、これに
よつて外釜の耐用度が向上される。また、この燃
焼装置によれば、構造が簡単にして安価に構成で
きる等のことから、実用性に優れる特長がある。
