Generally, veneer veneer has conduit grooves, knotholes, fissures,
There are scattered cracks, etc., and when suctioning, the second or lower veneer veneer is simultaneously suctioned through these conduit grooves, or due to resin-containing wood or tape attached parts found on repaired veneers. Since the veneer veneers are lightly adhered to each other during stacking, the veneer veneers may rise as a result, and depending on the wood species, the negative pressure generated between the veneer veneers may cause the veneer veneer itself to become moist. Even when the condition was maintained, the phenomenon of simultaneous adsorption of the second and subsequent veneer veneers as described above was observed.

In addition, in the latter case, due to excessive or insufficient pressing force during pricking, not only the top veneer veneer but also the second and subsequent veneers may be pierced at the same time, or the veneer veneer may be stuck simultaneously. In some cases, it may not be possible to obtain the holding force to raise the temperature.

In view of the above description, the present invention fixes a suction device having a conveyor above when separating and supplying the topmost veneer veneer from a pile of veneer veneers placed on a lifting platform. In addition, the suction mechanism that gives buoyancy to the veneer veneer can be raised and lowered, and the vacuum suction mechanisms of both are used to selectively adsorb and hold the veneer veneer while transporting the veneer by hanging it on the front of the veneer. The driving force of the conveying body is applied to the slip state, and then the adsorption and holding near the center of the veneer veneer is released by the downward movement of the detachment actuating body, and the driving force of the conveying body is applied to the veneer veneer. In particular, if the veneer veneer plate to be separated and supplied has the above-mentioned conduit grooves, etc., when the veneer veneer is suctioned by the suction mechanism that can be moved up and down, the position near the suction must be set in advance. A method of the present invention and a device for directly carrying out this method are attached. First, the configuration will be explained based on an embodiment shown in the drawings.

In this state, when the fluid cylinder 16 pivotally supported on the machine frame 4 is operated, the flexible duct 14
extends through the piston rod 17, and the suction box 1
5 is lowered to near the center of the pile 3 of the veneer veneer 2 (see Fig. 4A). When the lower surface of the suction box 15 comes into contact with the uppermost veneer veneer 2 horizontally, the veneer veneer 2 The vicinity of the center will be sucked to a limited extent, and then the fluid cylinder 16 will operate in reverse to raise the suction box 15.

Thereafter, when the small fluid cylinder 19 is operated to extend its piston rod 20, the rectangular knock-off bar 21 rapidly descends to the outside of the four peripheries of the suction box 15, that is, to the vicinity of the center of the veneer veneer 2 in the suction state. In order to instantly release the suction state near the center by applying an impact, the veneer veneer 2 is suctioned only by the suction device 7 at the front, and the belt 11 of the conveyor 12 is driven by the guide roll 29. (see FIG. 4C), and after operation, the knock-off bar 21 immediately returns to its original position by reverse operation of the fluid cylinder 19.

At this time, if the topmost veneer veneer 2 is in an excessively wet state, or if it passes through the conduit groove and is further damaged by negative pressure development that occurs during suction, the pile of piles 3
The second and subsequent plywood veneers 2' inside are attached to the suction box 15.
Even if the veneer veneer 2' is simultaneously adsorbed at the same time and is subsequently adsorbed separately, even if it is simultaneously adsorbed, the second and subsequent veneer veneers 2' are separated and dropped onto the pile 3, and only the topmost veneer veneer 2 is to be supplied as described above.

Here, due to the above-mentioned impact movement, the second and subsequent veneer veneers 2' engage in a complicated manner with the uppermost veneer veneer 2 on the way to being conveyed by the conveyor 12, causing them to fall onto the pile 3. If the uppermost veneer veneer 2 remains in the hollow state, immediately after the uppermost veneer 2' has been conveyed, the suction box 15 located at the upper limit position is used to vacuum the second and subsequent veneer veneers 2' near the center. This means that the two sheets are suctioned and held, thereby reliably preventing two sheets from being conveyed at the same time.

That is, as shown in FIG. 4D, before the central portion of the veneer veneer 2 is suctioned by the suction box 15, the fluid cylinder 24 is actuated in advance, and the piston rod 25 extends to cause the injection. The box 26 is lowered to the vicinity of the center of the veneer veneer 2, and air is injected through the scattered conduit grooves, etc. to form an air layer with the second and subsequent veneer veneers 2' to promote separation between the layers.
After that, the steps described above are performed.

As described above, according to the present invention, when separating and supplying the uppermost veneer veneer from the pile of veneer veneers placed on the lifting platform, the suction device having the conveyor is moved above the front part of the pile of veneers. A suction mechanism that gives a buoyancy force to the veneer veneer is placed behind it so that it can be raised and lowered, and by the vacuum suction mechanism of both, the veneer veneer is once separated and slightly curved. At the same time, the driving force of the transport body applied to the plywood veneer is maintained in a slip state by the rear suction mechanism, and then this suction movement is released by the downward movement of the detachment actuating body. The topmost veneer veneer, which is driven by the driving force of the conveyor, is conveyed to the next process. Even if the second or subsequent veneer veneers are simultaneously suctioned, the slightly curved suction and holding will be done in a sensible manner.
Furthermore, due to the vibrations generated as the detachment actuator moves downward, the second and subsequent veneer veneers are separated and dropped onto the pile, and furthermore, the second and subsequent veneers are separated from the top veneer. Engages with the veneer in a complex manner,
Even if they are still in the air, the suction mechanism located at the upper limit sucks and holds the second and subsequent veneers in their current position, thereby reliably preventing two veneers from being conveyed at the same time and sending them to the dryer. Automation of post-processing such as delivery of veneer and construction of plywood veneers,
This ensures labor savings, etc.

Furthermore, on the plywood veneer placed on the lifting platform,
If excessive conduit grooves, knotholes, fissures, crevices, etc. are scattered, or if the veneer veneers are lightly adhered to each other during deposition, the injection mechanism is placed near the suction mechanism so that it can be moved up and down. However, the effects of the present invention can be more reliably exerted by injecting air with the injection mechanism immediately before adsorption to increase the interlayer separation from the second and subsequent veneer veneers.

[Scope of Claims] 1. Horizontally suctioning the vicinity of the center of the veneer veneer stacked on the lifting table across its width, and raising it to a suction position with a conveyor waiting at an upper front position; By once holding the veneer veneer separately by suction, the driving force of the transport body applied only to the front part of the veneer veneer becomes a slip state, and then the detachment actuator is lowered near the center of the veneer veneer to cause an impact. By applying force and maintaining the suction force applied to the front part of the veneer veneer, the suction force near the center is instantly released, allowing the second and subsequent veneer veneers to separate and fall, and the front part to hold them. A method for separating and supplying veneer veneers, characterized in that the driving force of a conveying body is driven by the topmost veneer veneer, and the veneer veneers are conveyed forward. 2. Air is injected near the center of the veneer veneers stacked on the lifting platform, and while increasing the interlayer separation from the second and subsequent veneer veneers, the area near the center is horizontally moved in the width direction. adsorbs and raises it to a suction device having a conveyor waiting at an upper front position,
By once holding the veneer veneer by suction, the driving force of the transport body applied to the veneer veneer is put into a slip state, and then the detachment actuator is lowered to the vicinity of the center of the veneer veneer to apply an impact force to the center of the veneer veneer. A method for separating and supplying veneer veneers, which is characterized by instantaneously releasing the adsorption force to nearby veneer veneers and transporting the veneer veneers forward, driven by the driving force of a conveyor. 3. A suction device is fixedly placed at an appropriate position above the front of the pile of plywood veneers placed on a lifting platform, and a plurality of suction devices are installed between a pair of rollers supported on both sides of the suction device in the conveying direction. A suction mechanism is installed adjacent to the rear of the conveyor in the conveyance direction, and the upper limit position is above the lower surface of the conveyor. The suction mechanism is arranged so as to be movable up and down approximately at the center of the pile of plywood veneers, and the suction mechanism includes a detachment actuator whose lower limit position is the same as or slightly below the lower surface of the conveyor, and which can be moved up and down. A veneer veneer separation and supply device characterized by the fact that it can be installed freely. 4. The suction mechanism is arranged so as to be movable up and down with respect to the pile of plywood veneers, and the suction mechanism is also provided with a detachment actuator whose lower limit position is the same as or slightly below the lower surface of the conveyor body so as to be movable up and down. Further, an apparatus for separating and supplying veneer veneers, characterized in that an injection mechanism is disposed near the suction mechanism so as to be movable up and down with respect to the pile of veneer veneers.
