あつて、この基台10上部の前方側に磁気テープ

巻取る巻取部13が回転可能に設けられている。
そして、供給リール12および巻取部13が位置
する基台10上には供給リール12および巻取部
13に巻回される磁気テープ11の巻幅をも考慮
したスペースをもつた凹部10a,10bが形成
され、特に供給リール12側の凹部10aは2つ
の送風口14,15の配置スペースを考慮して前
方側ほど幅広に形成されている。更に、供給リー

ように磁気テープ11を挾むような流路を作つて
カバー23の溝24から装置外部へ流出される。
この結果、磁気テープ11は前述する風の流れを
受けて溝24の真下のテープ走行路16上に一側
壁を底部として立設せられ、この状態で溝24の
形状にそつてテープ走行路16上を走行してい
く。従つて、2つの送風口14,15の風は一担
テープ走行路16内に入るが、テープ走行路16
のほぼ中央部に位置するカバー23の溝24から
外部へ流れでていくために、従来装置のように送
風口から送り出した風がテープ走行路16内でう
ず流となるようなことがない。従つて、磁気テー
プ11は複数回にわたつてねじれたり、或いはう
ず巻き状となつて走行困難となることがない。ま
た、磁気テープ11の先端がテープ走行路16の
一方の壁部に食いつくことなく安定に走行する。
