台上に流出して作業台を不衛生状態ならしめるこ
とを防止し、もつて安全な作業状態のもとに均質
の、しかも風味ある通電加工食品を連続して製造
することができる通電加工食品製造方法に関す

発生すると共に、正確な通電加工ができなくなる
ことで一定した熟熱殺菌温度の通電加工食品を安
全に、しかも連続して得ることができない等の問
題点を有していた。
