One of the conventional methods for manufacturing decorative boards that can reproduce the texture of natural wood is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 10688/1988 filed by the present applicant. This method involves applying a curable resin liquid such as unsaturated polyester resin, diallyl phthalate resin, or epoxy resin onto a material with a colored pattern of natural wood, such as wood grain printed paper pasted on plywood. After applying the coating, a mold such as a silicone mold on which the uneven pattern of natural wood has been imprinted is pressed onto it, and after the curable resin liquid has hardened, the mold is removed, and the coloring material is applied only to the concave portions of the uneven surface that has been transferred to the cured resin. After this is applied, a transparent paint such as urethane clear paint is applied thereon to form a transparent resin film.

Although this manufacturing method has the characteristic of being able to express richly minute color patterns and three-dimensional patterns on the surface of natural wood, and being able to reproduce the texture of natural wood well, it requires a large number of steps and is expensive to manufacture. There was a problem with it being bulky. For example, in order to make the colorant adhere only to the concave portions on the surface of the cured resin, first apply the colorant to the entire uneven surface, and then use a squeegee or wiping machine to remove the convex portions before drying and solidifying the colorant. The colorant adhering to the surface must be removed.

Therefore, in this invention, a transparent resin film is formed in advance on the uneven surface of the mold, a coloring material is applied only to the convex parts of this film, and a curable resin liquid is applied to this to form a colored pattern. By pressing the material onto the material, the number of steps was reduced and manufacturing costs were reduced.

以下、図面を参照して詳しく説明する。 A detailed description will be given below with reference to the drawings.

First, as shown in Figure 1, a natural wood 1 to be replicated was prepared, and a synthetic resin solution for molding was poured onto the surface of the wood 1 to faithfully copy the uneven pattern on the surface of the natural wood 1. Create type 2. As the mold-making synthetic resin liquid, a transparent or translucent room-temperature curing liquid silicone resin is suitable from the viewpoint of positioning described later.

Next, a transparent resin liquid is applied to the uneven surface of the mold 2, as shown in FIG. 2, to form a transparent resin film 3. This transparent resin film 3 becomes the outermost transparent resin film of the decorative board to be obtained. It is preferable that this transparent resin film 3 has a uniform thickness over all parts of the uneven surface of the mold 2, and it is desirable that the uneven shape of the mold 2 is transferred to the transparent resin film 3 accurately without blurring. Specifically, transparent paints such as unsaturated polyester resins, polyurethane resins, and diallyl phthalate resins are applied using spray methods, roll coater methods,
It is applied to a film thickness of about 0.2 to 0.5 mm by an offset method or the like, and dried and solidified.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the coloring material 4 is applied only to the convex portions of the uneven surface of the transparent resin film 3. As the coloring material 4, a resin liquid is used in which a coloring pigment and an extender pigment such as talc or diatomaceous earth are mixed with a polyurethane resin or the like that has adhesive properties to the transparent resin film 3 and the cured resin described below. The color is appropriately determined depending on the color pattern on the surface of the material, the finished state of the product decorative board, the product use, etc., which will be described later. As a method of applying the coloring material 4, for example, as shown in FIG.
There is a method of lightly pressing the material onto the uneven surface of the transparent resin film 3 using a roll 6 or the like. As a result, the coloring material 4 that had been attached to the screen 5 is attached only to the surface of the convex portion. Depending on the degree of pressing of the screen 5, the portion to which the coloring material 4 is attached changes, resulting in a change in the color pattern.

Meanwhile, separately from this, a material 7 shown in FIG. 5 is prepared. This is made up of a base plate 8 made of general lauan plywood, particle boat, etc., and a wood grain printing paper 9 printed with a color pattern of natural wood 1 attached to the surface. As shown in the figure, this material 7 has a surface of wood grain printing paper 9 coated with a curable resin liquid 10. As the curable resin liquid 10, an uncured liquid of a solvent-free crosslinkable synthetic resin such as a liquid unsaturated polyester resin, a liquid diallyl phthalate resin, or a liquid epoxy resin is used.
Transparent or translucent materials are particularly preferred. The coating thickness of this curable resin liquid 10 is preferably 0.3 to 0.5 mm.

Next, before the curable resin liquid 10 has hardened, as shown in FIG. The pattern and the color pattern of the wood grain printing paper 9 are aligned and overlapped. At this time, pour a large amount of the curable resin liquid 10 on one side of the material 7, stack the mold 2 on the part where the resin liquid 10 was first poured, and press the mold 2 lightly with a roller to gradually move the mold 2 to the other side. When stacked side by side, air bubbles are not drawn into the interface between the mold 2 and the resin liquid 10, making the work easier and more efficient.

When the curable resin liquid 10 is sufficiently cured, the transparent resin film 3, the coloring material 4, the curable resin liquid 10, and the material 7 are formed.
The mold 2 can be peeled off from the transparent resin film 3, and the desired decorative board 11 as shown in FIG. 7 can be obtained.

According to this manufacturing method, it is only necessary to form the transparent resin film 3 and the coloring material 4 on the mold 2 in advance and press them onto the curable resin liquid 10 on the material 7, so the number of steps is small. Become. In particular, since the coloring material 4 can be applied in advance to the convex portion of the mold 2, the conventional two-step process of applying the coloring material to the entire surface and removing it by wiping can be done easily.
This can be done in one step. Additionally, each process can be automated. Furthermore, since the transparent resin film 3 and the coloring material 4 are formed on the mold 2, a thin sheet-like material can also be used as the material 7.

As shown in FIG. 8, after forming a transparent resin film 3 and a coloring material 4 on a mold 2, a thin layer of curable resin liquid 10 is further applied thereon. It may be layered on the material 7 coated with. According to this method, the coloring material 4 adhering to the convex portion is protected by the thin layer of the cured product of the curable resin liquid 10, and handling becomes easy, which is preferable.

Further, in the above embodiment, the base plate 8 is used as the material 7.
Although we used paper with wood grain printing paper 9 pasted on its surface, it is not limited to this, but it is also possible to print a color pattern directly on the base plate 8, or to attach a thin iron plate to the base plate 8 to provide flame resistance. A material on which titanium paper or the like is pasted and a color pattern printed thereon, or a material on which titanium paper or the like is pasted on the base plate 8, a photosensitive layer is formed on the surface, and a color pattern is formed by photographic coloring processing are used as appropriate. be able to.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the method for manufacturing a decorative board of the present invention involves forming a transparent resin film on the uneven surface of a mold in which an uneven pattern is formed on the surface of natural wood, and forming a transparent resin film on the uneven surface of the mold. A coloring material is applied only to the surface of natural wood, and this is pressed onto a material on which a colored pattern has been formed on the surface of natural wood and a curable resin liquid has been applied. Therefore, according to this manufacturing method, a decorative board having a feel and texture extremely similar to natural wood can be obtained, and the manufacturing process is reduced compared to the conventional method, leading to a reduction in manufacturing costs. Furthermore, it becomes possible to use a sheet-like thin material for the base plate, and the range of application of this manufacturing method can also be expanded.
