本発明を実施例に基づいて説明すると、第1図
に示すように万力1の上部後端に支柱2を立設

ムの長手方向を回転軸とするコロ9を係止し、コ
ロ9の前方には上下に小孔10を貫通して竿11
の竿尻を係止する竿受け12を係合し、ストツパ
ー13で固定している。ストツパー13はアリ溝
内を前後進できるようにアーム5の上面に係止さ
れ、前部がツマミ14の偏心軸で押し出され、後
部が小孔10内に突出して竿受け12をアーム5
に固定するようにしている。更にアーム5の先端
には前記竿受け15が係止される。万力1は適宜
