It is known that a plate material is reinforced by attaching a reinforcing material 4 made of thermosetting resin to which a reinforcing material 3 such as a non-woven fabric is attached, and heating and curing this reinforcing material 4 (Utility Model No. 55 - No. 101659). In the figure, 5 is a door inner panel, 6 is a door window sash, 7 is a side window glass, and 8 is an outside door handle.

という問題点があつた。 However, in this conventional example, the reinforcing material 4
However, the required reinforcing effect cannot be obtained unless the thickness dimension is considerably increased, and the amount of resin material used is large, resulting in a correspondingly high production cost and weight. It is also known that as another conventional example, a reinforcing material that has been molded and hardened in advance is bonded to a board, but in this case it is necessary to mold the reinforcing material so that it perfectly matches the shape of the board. The problem is that it is difficult to form a reinforcing material and the plate material is usually press-formed, and the amount of spring back varies depending on the press processing conditions, so it is extremely difficult to completely bond both the reinforcing material and the plate material. It was hot.

A thermosetting resin material 11 to which glass fiber or other reinforcing material 10 is added is applied to the inner surface or the rust-preventing coating 9, and the resin material 11 and other materials form a tunnel-shaped reinforcing rib 12. We previously proposed a board material and its manufacturing method (patent application No. 114731

An uncured resin material 11a to which the reinforcing material 10 has been added is laminated in advance on [for example, a band-shaped foam material such as a foamable polyethylene sheet or a foamable epoxy sheet].

is peeled off and pasted, and then heated to simultaneously foam the foam material 14 and harden the resin material 11a,
As shown in FIG. 2B, tunnel-shaped reinforcing ribs 12 are integrally formed on the plate material 2a. Therefore, prior to heat treatment, the reinforcing material 13 is formed into the plate material 2a.
It is necessary that the resin material 11a be reliably adhered to the surface, and for this reason, the adhesive surface 15 of the resin material 11a is provided with considerable adhesion/adhesiveness in advance. And this adhesive side 1
The foam material 14 is covered with a release paper 16 as described above in order to protect the adhesion and adhesiveness of the material 5 and to facilitate storage.
The entire lower surface 14a and adhesive surface 15 of the release paper 16 is covered, and this release paper 16 is used only when pasting it on the plate material 2a.
is peeled off as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. This invention previously proposed by the present applicant solves all the conventional problems, but as shown in the partially enlarged view of FIG. Specifically, it is desired to more reliably prevent deterioration of the end portion 15a of the foam material 14 near the end portion 14b. This is because, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG.
4a, all of which are covered with release paper 16,
End 15a of adhesive surface 15 and end 14 of foam material 14
This is because a small gap 18 tends to remain in the corner portion 17 with the corner portion 17, and therefore the adhesion of this portion tends to deteriorate over time.

Only the adhesive surface 15 is completely covered, leaving the adhesive surface 4a. The end 20a of the release paper 20 is brought into contact with the end 14b of the foamed material 14 to ensure that the end 15a of the adhesive surface 15 in the vicinity thereof is not exposed. Therefore, no gap 18 as shown in FIG. 5 is created at the corner 17 between the end 15a of the adhesive surface 15 and the end 14b of the foamed material 14.

Thermosetting epoxy resin materials are suitable, but are not limited to those that harden at the baking temperature (120°C to 180°C) in the painting process and are flexible, sticky, and adhesive at room temperature. Melamine-based, phenol-based, urea-based resin materials, and other materials may also be used. Furthermore, these resin materials 1
If 1a lacks adhesiveness or adhesiveness at room temperature or has weak adhesiveness or adhesiveness, a material with high adhesiveness or adhesiveness is added in advance to the surface corresponding to plate material 2a to form adhesive surface 15. It is also quite possible to do so.

Glass fiber is suitable as the reinforcing material 10, but other materials such as glass fiber nonwoven fabric, carbon fiber, polyester nonwoven fabric, polypropylene nonwoven fabric, kraft paper, etc. may also be used.
Further, such reinforcing material 10 can be added to the resin material 11a in any manner, such as in a state where it covers the surface of the resin material 11a, or in a state where it is buried in the surface portion.

For example, it is foamed at the baking temperature (120°C to 180°C) in the painting process prior to the hardening of the resinous material 13, and the volume is increased at an appropriate rate. It expands and has heat resistance sufficient to withstand the baking temperature,

A does not have adhesive properties, and its physical properties are unlikely to change over time even if it is not covered with a release paper. The state of addition of the foam material 14, release paper 20, and reinforcing material 10 to the resin material 11a is as shown in FIG. The covering release paper 20 is pasted on the part of the peel-off board 2a that requires reinforcement.

る。 Since the reinforcing material for automobile plate materials according to the present invention has the content as described above, the adhesive surface near the end of the foam material is reliably covered with release paper, and the end portion of the adhesive surface and the foam There are no gaps left at the corners between the ends of the material, and the adhesive surface is completely sealed from the outside air until the release paper is removed during use, which deteriorates the adhesive properties. There's nothing to do. Furthermore, although release paper is relatively expensive, compared to the case where the entire lower surface of the reinforcing material, including the lower surface of the foam material, was covered, the release paper does not cover the lower surface of the foam material, but only the adhesive surface. Therefore, the cost can be reduced accordingly and the reinforcing material can be manufactured at low cost.
