Conventional artificial lighting control devices that utilize daylight provide daylight detection means either indoors or outdoors on the north exterior wall, and this detection means detects brightness above a certain level. The system automatically turned off or dimmed the lights near the windows when the windows were closed.

However, with this method, both the indoor daylight detection means and the outdoor daylight detection means can detect only the brightness of sky light, and direct light is excluded from the detection target. However, the brightness of skylight is generally brighter on cloudy days than on sunny days, and control using these detection means requires more time to turn off or dim the lights on cloudy days than on sunny days. However, in reality, the brightness of total daylight, including direct light and skylight, is brighter on a sunny day, so the sense of outdoor brightness felt by the occupants and the control by the daylight detection means do not match. There were flaws.

The present invention was proposed in view of the above circumstances, and uses an outdoor illuminance detection means to examine the presence or absence of direct light, and combines it with an indoor illumination detection means to detect artificial illumination when there is direct light and when there is no direct light. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an artificial lighting control device that automatically switches the illuminance of one object to another illuminance. a calculation means for determining the presence or absence of direct light by calculating the detected value detected by the sky light illuminance detection means and the detection value detected by the sky light illuminance detection means; and control for controlling the lighting when the illumination exceeds a set illuminance based on a signal from a daylight illuminance detection means provided indoors. It is characterized by comprising means.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
The drawing is a block diagram showing the circuit configuration.
In the figure, 1 is a total daylight illuminance detection means for detecting the brightness of total daylight, which is a combination of direct light and sky light; 2
3 is a sky light illuminance detection means having a direct light suppression device that detects the brightness of only sky light, and 3 is a sky light illuminance detection means which subtracts the illuminance detected by the sky light illuminance detection means 2 from the illuminance detected by the total daylight illuminance detection means 1 to obtain direct light. A calculation means for calculating the illuminance of 5 sends a signal indicating the presence or absence of direct light to the control means 5. On the other hand, the indoor daylight illuminance detection means 4 detects the indoor daylight illuminance and notifies the control means 5 of the illuminance. The control means 5 has two types of illuminance set in advance with a relationship of E1<E2, and when the signal from the calculation means 3 is direct light and the illuminance from the indoor daylight illuminance detection means 4 is the set illuminance E1.
If the value exceeds the above, a signal is sent to the distribution board 6, and the light 7 is automatically turned off or dimmed. If the signal exceeds the set illuminance E2, the control device similarly sends a signal to the distribution board 6, turns off or dims the lighting 7, and controls the artificial lighting.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and in order to judge the weather, it is provided with a full daylight illuminance detection means and a skylight illuminance detection means, and a calculation means determines the presence or absence of direct light.
The indoor daylight illuminance detection means detects the indoor daylight illuminance, and based on the presence or absence of direct light, the set illuminance E1 is set lower when there is direct light than when there is no direct light, and conversely, when there is no direct light, the set illuminance E2 is set. Keep it high;
If there is direct light and the indoor daylight illuminance exceeds the set illuminance E1, a signal is sent to turn off or dim the light, and if there is no direct light and the indoor daylight illuminance exceeds the set illuminance E2, the light is turned off or dimmed. By providing a control device that automatically outputs a dimming signal and controls the lighting, an artificial lighting control device that automatically adjusts indoor illuminance is obtained, which not only makes it possible to reduce lighting energy but also reduces the heat generated by lighting. It requires less energy for air conditioning and is extremely beneficial in terms of energy conservation.
