There are also problems in which the ejecting operation is complicated due to constraints, and the ejecting mechanism cannot respond to differences in the shape of the scrap when changing the shape of the workpiece.
The press working cycle time is the sum of the processing time for press working and the time required for scrap discharge, so the press working cycle time is extended and the press working process becomes inefficient. And so on.

In order to position and place a workpiece, a workpiece mounting section formed at the upper end of the platform is moved up and down by the descending movement of the platform. A plurality of latching claws are installed on the workpiece pedestal so as to be displaced to a lower position, and are supported on the workpiece pedestal so as to be able to advance onto the scrap and retreat from the top of the scrap in order to prevent the upward movement of the scrap. are installed at a distance apart from each other to allow the passage of scrap, and furthermore, on one side of the lifting table, there is a horizontally moving and retracting mechanism for pushing out and discharging the scrap from above the workpiece pedestal after carrying out the workpiece. It is equipped with a dynamically controlled scrap kicker.

す。[Operation] When transferring the pressed workpiece together with the scrap onto the workpiece pedestal of the intermediate table,
The workpiece is positioned and placed on the workpiece resting section that has been moved to the intermediate position, and the workpiece is lifted to a position above the workpiece pedestal by the workpiece resting section that has been moved to the raised position, and the workpiece and the scrap are separated. When loading the scrap, the upward movement of the scrap is prevented by multiple latching claws installed at intervals on the work holder, and when the scrap is discharged after the work is carried out,
When the workpiece placement section is retracted to a position below the workpiece pedestal, the scrap pusher is moved forward to push the scrap in the horizontal direction, thereby separating the space between the workpiece pedestal and each of the above-mentioned latching claws. The workpiece is passed through and pushed out of the workpiece pedestal.

An upper lock nut 16 for defining the lowering ends of the lifting plate 12 and the lifting table 13 is screwed onto the upper part of the lock nut 16 so that the upper lock nut 16 can be adjusted. A lower locking nut 17 for defining is screwed on so as to be adjustable. Then, when the piston shaft 9a of the first elevating cylinder 9 and the piston shaft 10a of the second elevating cylinder 10 are retracted and the upper lockite 16 is in contact with the stopper 8b of the support fitting 8, the elevating plate 12 and the elevating platform 13 is held at the lower end, and the base end surface 14a of the workpiece mounting section 14 is held at the lower end.
When the piston shaft 10a of the second elevating cylinder 10 is moved to the lower end position h0 in this state and the piston shaft 10a of the second elevating cylinder 10 is advanced to the advancing end, the base end surface 14a of the mounting portion 4 is moved to the lower end position h0.
is displaced to an intermediate position h1 that substantially coincides with the upper surface 5a of the workpiece pedestal 5, and in this state, the workpiece W is positioned and transferred onto the workpiece pedestal 5 and the workpiece mounting section 14. Further, when the piston shaft 9a of the first lifting cylinder 9 is moved in this state, the lifting table 13 moves upward until the lower lock nut 17 comes into contact with the stopper 8b and is displaced to the rising end, and the workpiece mounting section 14 is moved upward. The base end portion 14a is displaced to the rising end position h2 above the workpiece pedestal 5, and the workpiece W is lifted by the workpiece mounting portion 14, leaving the scrap S behind.

る。 The scrap picker 21, whose flat surface is formed into a substantially molded shape, is transferred onto the workpiece pedestal 5 and pushes the scrap S held by both latching claws 18 in the left-right direction after carrying out the workpiece W. It is attached to the piston shaft 19a of the ejection cylinder 19 in order to discharge the workpiece from above the workpiece pedestal 5, and near the tips of both sides thereof there are pushing parts 21a that are bent upward and protrude from the upper surface of the workpiece pedestal 5, respectively. 21a are formed respectively. After carrying out the workpiece W leaving the scrap S on the workpiece pedestal 5, the piston shafts 9a and 10a of the first and second lifting cylinders 9 and 10 are simultaneously retracted to return the lifting table 13 to the lowering end. When the discharging cylinder 19 is moved forward and backward with the base end surface 14a of the workpiece placement section 14 displaced to the lower end position h0, the scrap picker 21 moves forward and removes the scraps remaining on the workpiece pedestal 5. After pushing the scrap S out of the workpiece pedestal 5, it returns to its original position, and the scrap S can be discharged from the workpiece pedestal 5.
