および収納ケースを備え、前記収納カバーの上面
および収納ケースの下面に中心方向に傾斜した長
孔を設け、この長孔に前記固定金具の摺動軸を挿
入し、前記操作レバーを回動させることにより前
記固定金具を内周側に移動させて、その固定金具
内に鍋と圧力蓋の外縁部を位置させる構成とした
圧力調理器の緊締装置であつて、前記鍋と圧力蓋
の外縁部は、その断面が端部を広げたハ字形とな
るように折り曲げるとともに、固定金具の上下面
は、その開口部をせばめ、内周側の高さが外周側
の高さより低い傾斜面とし、前記鍋および圧力蓋
の外縁部に合わせた形状としたことを特徴とする
