ス中の有害物質を吸着したりあるいは充填物の吸
着物質を脱着する際の充填物の移動床流下を均一
にし得る直交流移動床装置に関する。

2枚の下部壁3と、これら下部壁下端で形成され
る排出口に設けられた排出機4とを有し、さらに
前記下部壁3と2枚の側壁とによつて区画される
下部領域にその横方向全長に亘つて断面逆V字形
の整流コーン5とが設けられたものであつた。

に比べて遅く、移動床の流れのパターンが第2図
の10で示した如く均一にならず、さらにルーバ
と下部壁3との境界部および整流コーン5の上部
等、第2図のハツチング部分に充填物の滞留を起
こす例が多かつた。従来は、これら問題点を解決
するためにルーバ形状および整流コーン形状を工
夫する試みがなされてきたが、定量的な効果は充
分といえるものではなかつた。

向かつて延びる内壁を設け、これらによりW型ホ
ツパーを形成し、これにより整流コーンを省略
し、第2図のハツチング部分をなくしたシンプル
な構造としたものである。

壁頂部での滞留もほぼ完全に防止できるようにな

な構造にして著しい効果が期待できるという当業
界にとつて非常に有用な直交流移動床装置が得ら
れる。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 互いに平行に配置される前後2枚のルーバ
と、このルーバの下端から下方に延びる垂直壁
面、2枚のルーバ下方内の略中央から前後の垂直
壁面下端に向かつて延びる内壁および前記垂直壁
面端部と内壁端部とで形成されるW型ホツパー
と、該W型ホツパーの排出口に設けられる2台の
ロールフイーダーよりなることを特徴とする直交
流移動床装置。 2 前記2台のロールフイーダーが一台の駆動機
で回転せしめられることを特徴とする特許請求の
範囲第1項記載の装置。 3 前記2台のロールフイーダーが別個の駆動機
で回転する回転排出機からなる特許請求の範囲第
1項記載の装置。 4 前記ロールフイーダーの回転方向が装置内充
填物を装置下方外側もしくは装置下方内側のいず
れか一方に排出するよう回転することを特徴とす
る特許請求の範囲第2項または第3項記載の装
置。
