を著しく損なうといつた問題があつた。 However, conventional stuffed animals toys are sensitive to moisture.
There were very few things that could be put in the bathtub and played with.
In addition, there are some stuffed animal toys that are made of acrylic core material, fur material on the surface, etc., and can be played with in the bath.
Once the hair is soaked in water by taking a bath, etc., it takes a long time to dry until the moisture is no longer felt, and the texture of the surface bristles deteriorates, and the surface bristles become curly and dry. There was a problem that the value of the product was significantly reduced.

Moreover, the surface bristles maintain a soft texture for a long time without becoming curly or tangled, and
The surface hair material is designed to prevent it from coming off easily.

A cross-sectional view is shown. In these drawings, 10 is a stuffed toy imitating a small dog, which is made up of a base material consisting of a fabric material 11, a surface fur material 12, and a coating portion 13, and a core material 14 stuffed inside the base material.

好ましい。 The fabric material 11 is preferably woven from polyester fibers. However, in some cases, it may be woven from acrylic fibers. This fabric material 11 needs to firmly fix the surface hair material 12, which will be described later, and is densely woven as a whole. The surface hair material 12 has a base portion 12a.
A raised part 12b is formed by planting the fibers on the fabric material 11 and cutting them with both ends raised long above the surface.
The surface bristles 12 are also made of polyester material. The surface hair material 12 can be woven separately and flocked after the fabric material 11 is woven, or
A manufacturing method for so-called pile fabrics, such as a method of simultaneously weaving threads that will become the surface hair material when weaving the fabric material 11, and then cutting, raising and flocking the threads, etc.
Alternatively, hair is transplanted using a similar manufacturing method.
Further, the texture of the fabric material 11 and the surface bristle material base 12a is preferably a leno weave or the like in which the threads are intertwined with each other so that the surface bristle material 12 does not easily come off.

When making the stuffed toy 10, each part is sequentially sewn together to form a bag, and the core material 14 is stuffed into the bag. In this case, the core material 14 is made of polyester-based synthetic cotton, and the thread 15 used to sew the base material of each part is made of polyester or nylon thread.

る。 As mentioned above, this stuffed toy 10 uses polyester material for each component, which has low water absorption, high wrinkle recovery ability even when it leaks, and has a warm and soft feel, so it can be used in baths or other places. It can be placed in water such as a pool and played with, and once taken out of the water, it dries very quickly and retains its original texture. In particular, when dehydrating with a dehydrator, the water can be dehydrated to the point where you hardly feel any moisture.
