本発明は、金属板に樹脂を一体成形(以下、ア
ウトサート成形と称する)した基板に組み込まれ

4のアーム4b,4bに移動自在に保持され、先
端にネジ6aを有するロツク材、7はバネであ

ることにより光ピツクアツプ1を固定し、その解
除は、ロツク材6をゆるめ、バネ7の力で光ピツ

発明の構成
本発明は、金属板に一体成形された樹脂からな
るロツク部材を回転することにより、ロツクすべ
き部品をロツクするように構成し、前記ロツク部
材の先端すり割りを形成するとともに筐体近傍ま
で伸長した突起を設け、前記すり割りの位置に対
応した前記筐体に貫通孔を設けるとともにこの貫
通孔の外部に印を付加することにより、ロツク部
材を筐体外から直接操作することができ、また前
記突起と前記印の位置関係から、外部よりロツク
状態であるか否かを判断できるようにしたもので

図A,Bに示すように、基板8の丸孔を通じ、裏
面のボス11と一体化されている。ロツク部材1
0の中心とボス11の中心とはずらしてあり、ロ
ツク部材10とボス11で偏心軸を構成してい
る。また、ボス11の先端にはプラス状のすり割
りが入つており、ドライバーがかかるようになつ
ている。そして、第5図に示すように、ボス11
の先端部の一部を筐体4の近傍まで伸長し、突起
12を形成している。また突起12をさらに見や
すくするために、突起12の先端部に半球状の小
突起13を設けてある。そして、第6図に示すよ
うに、筐体4の外部に前記突起12に対応する位
置に「Lock」「Free」という文字及び矢印14が

この位置で光ピツクアツプ1がロツクされる。ロ
ツクの解除は、さきほどと逆の方向へボス11を
回転させる。すると、ロツク部材10が元の位置
へ戻り、クランプ部材9がそれ自身のもつ弾性で
元の位置に戻り、ロツクが解除される。この時ク
ランプ部材9がそれ自身の弾性のみでは完全に戻
らない時のために、クランプ部材9の一部をのば
し、解除位置に回転したロツク部材10の外周で
強制的にクランプ部材9を戻すように、復帰用部

かフリー状態かを判断することができるすぐれた
